If I could give the zero stars I would. I ordered two pairs of crocs. Never received the delivery. I contacted customer service. They said they could resend the products or is your full refund. At that time I said send the products a day later they said they could not because of sizing issues so I asked for a full refund. And I have yet to receive the full refund and it's been four months. I have contacted Stephanie and she no longer responds.

VivaCrocs sells crocs that I've never seen before; they're uniquely garish. This made me buy them to show off to my friends. 5 stars for this garishness. Haha.

very fast delivery

Ordered from Vivacrocs since they had a design my son wanted that was not available on Crocs website. Order processing and delivery all went well, but when comparing the "Crocs" from Vivacrocs to authentic ones side-by-side, noticed the following differences:
* Vivacrocs have 14 holes, not 13
* Vivacrocs are slightly bigger and made in China vs. Crocs we ordered which were made in Vietnam and slightly smaller
* Vivacrocs are slightly lighter in weight and the material feels more "foamy". Time will tell how well they wear.
* Vivacrocs do not have a Crocs logo or crocodile anywhere on the clog. The sole pattern is slightly different.
