I have been impressed with the product and Viva's quick responses when I had an issue with broken pills and messy bottles. I was given and immediate response and a promise that it would be looked into and corrected. Viva kept their word. On my very next delivery they had doubled the cotton in each bottle so the pills don't rattle around and even wrapped each pill box in double bubble wrap. Every delivery since then has been perfect. Thank you for listening and acting on my concerns. My wife and I have been using your Krill Oil since 2014 and have felt better for it. Viva Naturals has great service overall, my only complaints are related to pricing and availability. The prices sometimes change, and the products are sometimes available elsewhere for slightly less. But the worst problem is that items I use every day are sometimes unavailable or even discontinued! I love their products so much that I get a little upset when I can't get them, or can't find them at an affordable price.
