Do NOT buy! I ordered a body cream that I previously bought in Germany and I loved, but the one ordered from vivantis was pure liquid, not a cream. Disgusting! Nu cumparati!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Vivantis. I purchased a Mancera perfume from their website, which they advertised as an original product. However, upon receiving and opening the product, I noticed serious irregularities that strongly suggest it is a counterfeit.

First, the batch code on the bottle was invalid. Then, to make matters worse, I discovered that the perfume box had no batch code at all — something completely inconsistent with authentic Mancera packaging. Despite this clear evidence, Vivantis continues to insist the product is original, without offering any credible proof to support their claim.

Even more concerning is their handling of complaints. They demand that I, the customer who received a potentially fake product, cover all return shipping costs to their so-called “claims department.” This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Based on my experience, it is clear that Vivantis is willing to sell fake products and shift all responsibility onto the customer. I will not take the risk of ever purchasing from them again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

Vivantis sells poor quality perfumes. I bought two Acqua di Parma EDCs from them, Colonia and Colonia Pura, and the smell disappears quickly, within an hour at most. I was able to compare it with the same perfume Colonia Pura, bought from Douglas store, also EDC, where the smell lasts half a day and is strong. They asked me for a review, in which I wrote my dissatisfaction, and the answer was that it would be published after the administrators' moderation. Of course, it was never published. Vivantis not only sells substandard products, but also manipulates the reviews. I recommend avoiding this company.

Ordered from them two Travalo Sets at a very good price. Upon receiving the package and comparing to what I already have which is original i immediately noticed they were fake. They are flimsy and cheap looking but above all even the logo is not the same as the original which is what they display on the site in an obvious attempt to mislead the customer. When contacting Customer Service with my complaint the "lady" on the phone was condescending, rude and dismissive. She recited the text in which i am responsible for shipping back the product, zero responsibility on their behalf and reinforcing that they only sell originals. The shipping will be done on my expense and of curse the cost of transport back and forth will not be reimbursed.I normally would not go through all the trouble for such a small amount but i realized they have been fooling people for years and unless we report not much will be done about it. I have contacted the romanian authorities and filed a complaint but these crooks are based in the Czech Republic and I doubt much will be done about it. I will make sure I will report it there too along with the competent EU authority, Europol's Counterfeit and Product Piracy Division and I will notify Travalo as the original manufacturer. Do NOT waste your money here.

FAKES! I ordered here so happy that the prices were so good, but turns out it was too good to be true - the products sent were defected and counterfeit. They refuse to acknowledge and give your money back - it’s living hell to communicate with them.
It is a scam - business build on legal gaps, i’ve been trying to get my koney back for 4 months through the Czech Trade Inspectorate and it is very very difficult. ANPC told me they have thousands of complaints yearly and can’t do much about it because of stupid law gaps they are using!

Save yourself time, money and energy and do not be fooled by the low prices! They’re low for a reason
