Excellent customer service. Many thanks to Alison Bishop for advice on the correct size of frame I required and for facilitating an easy return of the one I bought in error. I can definitely recommend this supplier.

For 5 days I am trying to get in touch with you, but no luck. You promise to reply within 2 working days, but nothing.
Very poor customer service. Still waiting!!

Not much to say really. Very impressed with the next day delivery. Speediest turnaround I’ve known. Will be in touch when I need another! Regards, Ted Darby.

Good product, delivered promptly

Excellent quality frame for a very good price. Easy to follow instructions. Delivery was very quick. Highly recommended.

This item looks very stylish. It is light and easy to fix in the football shirt. It was despatched quickly. The only reason that I've not given it five stars is that unfortunately part of the frame on the inside was dislodged and we had to fix it - though this took minimal effort.

Been buying Vivarti frames Indirectly through Amazon for some years, now due to a lack of availability on Amazon of the A4 frames I am buying direct, buying direct has been a great experience, faultless service and well packaged.
