Custom Boxes | Viveprinting Avaliações

Harry was very helpful from first contact to delivery of the boxes we ordered.
From initial concept and designs to sending over pre print outs to review to confirm we were happy before the production run.

Would definitely recommend and used this company again in the future

Great experience with Vive Printing! We ordered custom stickers and inserts for Calma Saúde, and we were very happy with the quality and final result.

Vive Printing was fantastic to work with for our recent product launch. They produced custom boxes for us and delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The team was quick, efficient, and highly responsive throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their willingness to go beyond simply fulfilling our brief. They proactively offered suggestions that helped enhance our product concept and improve the final packaging outcome.

Communication was excellent, with regular updates provided every step of the way, giving us complete confidence that the project was on track. Most importantly, the finished products arrived on time and met our expectations.

Highly recommend Vive Printing for anyone looking for a reliable and professional packaging partner.

We had a great experience ordering envelopes from Vive Printing. The overall quality is excellent, and the finished product looks professional and well-made.

He genuinely tries his best to help and makes the entire experience easy and stress-free. We really appreciate the level of customer service and attention to detail. Looking forward to working with you again!

Very helpful 360° service. Thank you

I had a great experience working with VivePrinting. The communication was clear throughout the process, and the team was very responsive and helpful from initial design to final delivery.

The packaging turned out clean and well-executed, and the final product matched the expectations we discussed.

Overall, a reliable partner for custom packaging, and I look forward to continuing working together on future projects.

Amazing experience from the delivery speed to all communication they were wonderful

I got what I want on time. good job

My product is simple awesome! Customer support was great and I will definitely use them again soon for additional products.

VivePrint accepted payment in full for five hundred custom boxes at their quoted rate-then, weeks later, claimed an 'error' and insisted on an overcharge. When push came to shove, they didn't even bother completing-it was 'refund or nothing'. Fine, except I never asked for a refund; I asked for my goods. They ignored that, ignored their contract, and ignored UK Consumer Rights Act which says: once you start, you finish. Now my firm's haemorrhaging thousands-orders cancelled, clients gone-while they've pocketed time and left me high-and-dry. Professionalism? None. Legality? Breached. I'd say don't touch them... but honestly, even that's too close.

Viveprinting is an outstanding printing company which deliver 100% Quality products in time thanks again.

Vive printing has been awesome to deal with. They covered all my needs and they custom-made what I was looking for. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.

This is my second order with VivePrinting, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The custom rigid boxes I ordered were beautifully crafted, with excellent quality and attention to detail. The packaging for delivery was also outstanding, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. Special thanks to Mike, whose top-notch customer service made the entire process seamless. For anyone looking for high-quality products and fantastic service, I highly recommend VivePrinting!

I am pleased to have such outstanding printed boxes from this company. They offered me an excellent service in the US. The quality exceeded expectations, and the Viveprinting team was incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

John was very attentive and polite from start to finish and I felt reassured that my order was in good hands throughout the process.
I was a little disappointed at the proof-reading stage as the initial layout of the text was way-off mark but this was easily corrected and John showed a great deal of patience in ensuring that the logos were correctly set as requested.
I would definitely recommend Vive as they are particularly responsive to the customer's needs.

Justin was super helpful, as this was my first belly band order. Product arrived as expected. Looks great.

Justin at Vive printing is phenomenal! I have had easy communication with him and he answers and asks all the right questions. I was able to order from him several times some custom concepts and the team at Vive produced excellent quality work. Thanks, Vive!

Update: We were happy with Vive, but we had a project not come out the way other quality prints had gone, and it came back to us doing something wrong, which I feel could have been either communicated before completion or handled better as we wanted to be long term customers.

Excellent service from the moment I reached out to them. Not only were they quick and efficient at executing my idea, they even improved it! Very happy with Justin and his team. We'll defenately use their services again!
