They were selling as "Peacocks" on tiktok.
Do not buy from this company. Although if they are advertising as another company hard to tell whats legit and not legit

Same as all the other reviews, ordered merchandise from Woman Within, turned out they sent it to this scammer, got emails from both stating order received and shipped, and like them never got even thought the supposed shipper stated delivered, then told the shipped lost the items, they would replace or refund, I stated I would take the replacement only if they were the original items I ordered, Got reply that my refund would be expedited, waited . Now I am being blocked and they are not accepting any emails from me. I had ordered from the original company and got the merchandise, so had no issue to order again, this time, it was to a third party, Like them I assume they are scammers, and will never order from the company and they keep sending me catalogues. They go in the trash.

Since I wrote this review, I have finally gotten in touch with Woman Within, it appears other scammers like Vividria, are using their logo, and am satisified that Woman within is not responsible for the loss, strictly due to Vividria, and wish there was a way they could be held responsible.

When they do they say my refund will be sent to me soon

So from Dec 3rd still waiting for refund

I font know if anyone can do anything about the company because they are still selling goods to people .

They have now blocked my emails so unable to contact them to get my money back please do not shop here its the biggest mistake I ever did I wish I know how to stop them scamming other people

Total scam! Absolutely horrendous company. Have a been advised in several emails that I will be refunded after never receiving items. Avoid at all costs.

So glad I looked up Vividriastudioss on this site! I ordered from them on 29th Nov 2025 & had similar experience all your reviewers here have had, including present situation - waiting for a refund which I now realise will never arrive. Funny thing - I thought I was ordering from Yours Clothing on a sale & it turned out to be this bunch of scammers. Don’t know how that works… the one star I gave was only because I couldn’t give no stars!

Too good to be true. Correct. Complete scam .
Order placed , tracking number all seems above board until the emails arrive.
We’ve sent you the wrong package but keep it as a token of our appreciation. Nothing had been delivered.
Tracking then gave delivery date . Then email arrived saying had been delivered. Nothing.
Emailed saying nothing delivered, received apologies & promise to reship .
Same things happened.
Every email was met with “stock replies “
Stay well clear .

If I could give a zero rating, I would! Its a total scam. You'll never get your goods or a refund. They'll happily respond to your emails and even give tracking details. Although the tracking never seems accessible. Funny that! Complete scam. They must be making a fortune from these scams.

Five months, two times said goods delivered, long list of emails to them with same info returned. Never trust any site like these again!!

Absolutely disgrace of a company, said goods had been delivered to a neighbour, they hadn't, said they refunded in February, still processing apparently. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, AD ON TIKTOK WAS PEACOCKS!

I never recieved my goods . First they said it had arrived in England and been lost by delivery company. Then they said it was still in the states and waiting to be dispatched . This went on and on . I then asked for a refund and i have been fobbed off over and over as to why they havent sent refund . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

I placed an order on Dec 16th . I have not received the goods. They have said they will refund but that was over a month ago and I have not received that either

one star is more than what it should b e. we ordered beginning december 2025 , have asked for refund since january still nothing ,only we do refunds in batches yours is delayed , here we are 20th march no goods no sign of refund nothing but thieves is what we call them , they promise goods ,then promise refund but dont produce BEWARE SCAMMERS .HAVE ALL EMAILS SAVED READY FOR COURT

Made an order, did not receive. Asked for a refund in January. Still not received. Please avoid. Shocking

BEWARE this company they are SCAMMERS. I ordered goods on the 16th December 2025. I have still not received them. Emailed them about 20 times, excuse after excuse. Goods delivered, delays at customs. I ordered a duplicate in January 2026. Still not received by 10th March. Asked for immediate refund still nothing. Avoid this fake company like the plague. Lesson learned.😡

With very POOR communication from vividriastudioss. Constantly emailing to find out where my items were
I was advised my items were delivered ... jan 2026 and they were most certainly not... I was advised a 3rd company delivers them... they would have to contact them.... weeks later ... I email again to find out what's happening...

Then Mid Jan 2026 I emailed again to get a reply to say my items have been lost in transit ????
I then requested a FULL Refund....

Still to this day ... 27th Feb... no refund due to the high demand of refunds ... so still waiting... 😡😡😡

Please avoid this company. I ordered an item over two months ago. It never arrived. I complained and was told by their customer service that it had arrived!, i told them it hadnt, then i was told it had been lost in transit. I was offered refund or replacement. I chose refund, that has not happened either, and was told there was a backlog in processing refunds. No wonder, i dont believe this is a viable company that dosent send out items and has complaints and that is why there is a backlog of so called refunds. I dont expect to receive a refund, let alone the item originally ordered. The whole company is a shambles, and people should be made aware of this and not order from them.
