I feel that there could have been more professionalism . I had three sessions of fat freezing. I was only measured once. I see very little improvement in my back and sides . I am willing to spend but I want results.

Pésima experiencia en el centro de Capuchinos.
Fui a hacerme RNM con y sin contraste a petición médica realizada por un especialista del SAS. La Srta Técnico que me atendió en la cabina 7, protestó de la doble petición médica.
Es el paciente el responsable??
No existe comunicación entre el SAS y el grupo VIVO para valorar las indicaciones de estas peticiónes??
El paciente acude, no a petición propia sino por Derivación Médica.
El SAS tendrá que valorar a quien contrata con nuestros Impuestos

Informe resonancia con DNI incorrecto…
Me han dado el informe de una resonancia con el DNI equivocado. Al darme cuenta reclamo y me dan un nuevo informe con el DNI corregido, pero al llegar a casa y meter el USB de las imágenes en el ordenador sigue estando el DNI mal. Llamo y dicen que me pase para cambiarlo, pero cuando llego me dicen que tardará en hacerlo el informático y que me llamarán cuando esté. Recibo la llamada y paso a recogerlo nuevamente, pero cuando en casa meto el USB en el ordenador para ver las imágenes sigue estando el DNI mal.
Esto es desesperante, tengo consulta con mi médico dentro de un día y no me resuelven el problema. Esto no es serio, si el DNI no está correcto no me sirve de nada la resonancia y estoy harto de perder el tiempo en ir a la clínica Vivo.

I couldn’t recommend Vivo Clinic highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, professional, and welcoming.
Cherie is truly exceptional — she made me feel completely at ease throughout my treatments, took the time to listen, and explained everything with such depth and clarity. Her knowledge, skill, and gentle manner really set her apart, and I felt safe and well cared for every step of the way.
It’s rare to find someone who is both so technically brilliant and genuinely warm, but Cherie manages both effortlessly. I left feeling not only happy with my results, but also confident in the care I received.
Five stars — and I’ll absolutely be back.

Cryolipolysis treatment
Had a session of Cryolipolysis with Anna today. She is very so professional, knowledgeable and knows her stuff inside out. What I particularly love is how she recommends what fits the needs of the client which is why I’ve continued to come back to her. Package prices are great but Anna is the reason why I continue to book. The treatment can only do so much it’s learning knowledge off Anna that makes the treatment and her knowledge advice make the results stronger and longer lasting.

I had the fat freezer and full face/neck HiFU done last Saturday with Kayley. She was professional, kind and made sure l was comfortable since I combined both procedures. She carried me along to understand everything she did and I had a good time with her. Wil be back in a month for more.

Affordable , professional , prompt booking
Service is prompt and flexible which with the price tag makes it very affordable . They can combine multiple procedures at your slot and for me being busy professional it makes such a difference. So far I met two ladies for procedures Gemma and Diana and both were warm, approachable and professional - always felt at ease. Def recommend.

Fui derivada de Atención primaria para realizarme una ecografía. La persona q me atendió cero comunicación. Simplemente se limitó a preguntarme dónde me dolía y el ecógrafo lo pasó por esa zona. En 10 días resultados en su médico sin más. Entiendo q la prueba la está realizando un técnico de Rayos y alguien interpreta la ecografía q realiza un profesional q NO sabe. Así funciona ahora el Sermas, derivaciones a la privada q te atienden antes q en la pública pero falta de empatía, profesionalidad y modales. Gracias x todo

Pagas por una resonancia y no te envían los resultados, por mucho que reclames
El 16/12/25 Realizaron una resonancia a mi hijo. Lo hicimos por privado, 200€, aún teniendo compañia, para que todo fuera más rápido, pues era urgente. En teoría los resultados los tendríamos en máximo de tres días. Después de reclamarlos días y días, siempre con la excusa de que tienen el sistema averiado,( todavía no sabemos a que tipo de avería se refieren).
Y lo más grave, es que hace unos días nos envían un informe que no corresponde a la lesión de mi hijo.
Hemos reclamado por teléfono, por correo y por WhatsApp y a día 6/01/26, seguimos sin tener los resultados de la resonancia.
