I've tried all masks from the brand and I am very satisfied. I will order again for sure.

The first time I ordered these , I was in the UK and saw they were made in France so I was led to believe . I was happy with the first purchase despite taking forever to arrive .
I stayed with family in Italy and saw an offer due to brexit I won’t order anything from the Uk at the moment whilst in Italy so this supposedly being in France I thought it was safe to take them up on their offer . It’s been about 6 weeks plus . I’ve emailed them three times even replied on their customer form on their site and replied to emails offering more products but the response I get is nil ! They don’t even show which courier service they use here so I can’t contact anyone . I have no product they’ve taken my money and won’t respond to my queries . Had I not received my package in the Uk ( ordered long before the mess of Brexit ) I would have deemed them a scam account but I’ve had the product before . It wouldn’t be so bad if they communicated with you and found out the whereabouts of the parcel . Disappointed this time round . I’m moving house in two days so I’m never going to get it . I had parcels from the Middle East in 6 days so there is no excuse for more than 6 weeks .

I have bought the chin masks and they are so good and efficient. About to order again.

I am still waiting for my delivery which was ordered on the 2nd March, it is now the 20th April, disgraceful service, I have sent numerous emails to ask what has happened with my order and no reply, telephone number cuts off, I’m so disappointed. I have spent good money for what!!!!!

I have now received my second order from Vliny. The first order in May took a little while to come and was expensive - just under £20 for 2 masks. As I'd never tried the brand before I didn't want to increase the size of my order to get better pricing. I love the masks. I have only tried the V mask (chin) but can see a difference after 1 use. It does stretch on each use and therefore I got around 4 or 5 uses per mask. My second order didn't take too long. I'd ordered 5 masks and received 6 due to how long orders were taking due to Covid. The only complaint I have about the product is the pricing strategy. The pricing is never consistent. The website pricing is massively inflated (much higher this time round than the previous time) and over time (if you don't order on first visit) you get better price deals. My advice to Vliny is don't play games with pricing strategy. You will lose customer trust. The product is really good. Just price it fairly and sort out distribution!

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL WITH PANDEMIC GOING ON....DO NOT ORDER from Vliny. I cancelled my order and sent masks back. They acknowledged receipt of the returned items and advised a refund had been made. I have been asking as refund not received since September. Now over 180 with Payial so i have to go down other route to get my money back. From a sheilding person who cant afford to lose this money, i cant express my anguish enough.

I had quite a bit of issues getting this product. I waited with patience but I finally emailed Vilny and John said he would look into it. With some back and forth emails they realized that the the tracking number was not going anywhere. He gave me a new order with tracking number and they flew it first class and in a few days I received it. I have only used it once but I think I am going to love this product. And yes I will order it again!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Not made in France. Cones from China. It's a racket. Do not buy. Please beware

Took a wee while to arrive, have used it 3 nights on the trot and can notice a difference in my skin and lines already, when the 45 mins is up, I just place it as best I can, back onto the paper it came with on it, fold it and put it back into the pack, and seal it with a clothes peg... I will use it for 45 days but if I notice a difference after only 3 uses, imagine what my skins going to look like after 45 days use... Will write another review after 45 days. I bought two so I will just keep using the 1st one until it dries up. I will be buying more to give friends as gifts

What can I say? Don’t waste your money, takes ages to arrive and is a pretty useless product when it does. I wasn’t expecting miracles but there’s always the dream - sadly £20 down the drain is more of a nightmare 😥

It took nearly a month to arrive.The mask, after 3 uses has stretched and dried out.Absolute rubbish.Would not recommend.Am contacting Trading standards.

Ordered and waited 5 weeks when they arrived parcel and mask slashed , contacted customer service and were very slow to respond when they did very rude
No refund only for one and during recent pandemic would not use as open

really would not give them a star ...order placed 1st May acknowledged 2nd May an email advising delay same email sent 25th May. so i went on to their Instragram and Facebook accounts asking...update on my order placed 1st may in UK ...20mins later I'm blocked ...great customer service. went onto the website and unable to ring but sent email asking why I had been blocked and where is my purchase? how do i raise a dispute?

I am still waiting for my order made 1 may. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before placing it. I am going to raise a dispute, charge back with my card issuer.

Still waiting for mine to arrive. Ordered 3rd May, have been told it will arrive on two different sets of dates. Have sent 2 emails asking for a refund. Dreadful company, shouldn't be able to operate as they don't respond to any contact and they took my money when the order was placed.

Took a while to come hence only 3*, i ordered 4 and am on day 8 and my second mask, ive used every other day and to be honest i can see a difference, its a shame i cant upload photos to show.

Although it took 5 weeks for the item to be delivered they did send me updates by email. My biggest gripe is after using it for 3 days it has stretched therefore it's not really going to be effective. Shame as I had high hopes but it was only £11 for 2 masks so not really broke the bank
