Jack and Andrew from Vmove arrived on time and throughout the whole move were prompt and efficient. They were careful with our belongings and wrapped items accordingly. We were very happy with the service we received from Vmove from start to end, would highly recommend this company.

The removal process was well handled by V-move. Peace of mind, good experience to engaging them for my relocation.

Called and asked if V-move could move a few things within ASAP. I was told 'no problem' and it still could be done before Christmas. I was quite nervous as almost everything was damaged ( different moving compagnie) last time we'd moved. But the guys from V-move came in and did their job quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and within a few hours the job was done. I definitely will call them again next time I move.

VMove was absolutely fantastic with our interstate removal. The price quoted was fair and the three gentleman, who helped move our things, were punctual, efficient and very polite. The unloading at our new house, was also very smooth and efficient. I’d recommend VMove highly. Well done and thank you so much for making our interstate move so stress-free.

I would rate my V-Move experience as zero stars if I could.

The mistake we made was to follow the V-Move sponsored link on Google. We completed the online quick quote form for a 3 bed unit / house. I mentioned in the comments that we were on the 2nd floor with no lift access, although the hallway steps were wide.

Our move was confirmed quickly although I was suspicious when we were allocated a 30m3 truck with 2 removalists. I called the office and suggested that this didn't seem right but was convinced by them not to worry because the team would call in and request assistance if required, or make multiple back & forth trips, until midnight, as required. I did point out that the storage facility closes at 6pm.

Although I was promised a 7am start, the team did not arrive until close to 8am. The van was covered in graffiti and the 2 men popped on V-Move shirts before they rang the intercom. Apart from the furniture, everything was packed by us and organised, so this should have been an easy move. The men were desperately slow, carrying 1 dining chair at a time down the stairs. I can carry 3, and am two to 3 times their age. Small light boxes were also carried individually. It was torture watching them. When I mentioned the offer from their office to call in and ask for help, I was violently blamed for ordering 2 men and a truck, which I obviously didn’t.

At about 5 hours in, a call was made to the office and another man arrived in a van. However his van was full of packing materials so could not be used. With the additional man there was a build-up of belongings, furniture and boxes on the grass verge. This included an expensive cycle and paintings. These could have been stolen. None of the furniture was wrapped as promised.

At about 6 hours a massive 10 tonne truck arrived with another 2 men. This is the truck we should have been offered in the first place. The apartment was finally packed up at about 7 hours in. It then took 2 – 3 hours to unload the trucks into a storage facility that was only 4 kms down the road.

Although the storage unit was 8.2m x 4.6m in size, V-Move managed to so inefficiently pack it that it was not possible to collect items. There was a 3 door wardrobe strategically placed at the door and it was not possible to gain access to the other items in the unit. We had to pay another 2 men independently to move all our possessions into another storage unit so we could actually access our property. Of course, items were damaged, furniture was scratched, mattresses were not covered, etc.. We didn’t claim. V-Move were so aggressive and rude that we decided just to accept this as a very poor experience rather than put ourselves through any additional lies and stress.

The cost was exorbitant. There was a $500 call out fee for the final truck, which I was told by the office we would not be charged for as I did honestly state that the contents of a 3 bed unit needed to be moved. And of course all the 5 men were charged for, rounded to the closest hour.

If we knew that V-Move outsourced their work to 2 men and a truck then we would never have gone with them. These guys cannot be trusted and of course it’ll cost you a small fortune. Stay clear of them.

this is the second time we hire V-move after almost 7 years, they are good as before, arriving on time, take all the items with special care. Nothing to complain.

On time, quick and clean

The v move team was great. They were punctual, efficient, responsive and pleasant to work with.

The moving takes longer time than I thought.

Very professional. Not wasting any minutes. Carrying items from truck to rooms upstairs in one go, not dropping down and picking up in multiple steps.

Fantastic service all round! From the booking to the execution. Staff were friendly, helpful and patient. The removalists were on time, worked quietly and efficiently and the job was done before I knew it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The whole process was easy from delivery and collection of the plastic packing boxes to the absolutely wonderful guys doing the move - great guys, so friendly and efficient - highly recommend this company
