Carmen is one if the wisest and kindest people I’ve ever met - she is methodical, and skillful in her ideas and her coaching approach. I cannot recommend her enough. You won’t regret booking in with her.

Carmen is a master of her craft, puts you at ease immediately, and provides a calming influence and very useable instruction on how to get the most from yourself as a verbal (and body-language) communicator.

What surprised me was the depth of conversation we had before we did any vocal "coaching" - she took time to really understand how I as a Company Director and Consultant, wanted to be received, and helped me understand the techniques (but also thought patterns) I need to focus on to achieve this.
