Het contact over en na de bestelling van onze Barcelona tickets verliep telkens goed en vlot.
Barcelona hanteert een beleid, waarbij de tickets pas heel laat echt beschikbaar zijn. Lastig, als je graag alles van tevoren geregeld en bevestigd wilt hebben, maar de info hierover was duidelijk, wat zorgde voor alle vetrouwen.
Zoals verwacht is alles perfect verlopen: mooie stadionplaatsen en een bijzondere, geweldige ervaring.
Een aanrader.

Tickets gekocht en nooit geen bevestiging en tickets ontvangen.
Wel reactie per mail en oorzaak blokkering server, maar uiteindelijk ook op ander opgegeven e-mailadres ook geen bevestiging en levering van de kaarten. OPLICHTING!!!

Clear communication about the soccer match and the delivery of the tickets. I had a great trip to Dortmund. I was given an update frequently when and if something would change.

Great football trip again.
First time I went to Manchester to visit a match of Manchester City. Everything was organized perfectly, all communication was very clear, no stress at all. Second time I went to a match of Barcelona. Perfect again. Both times, the hotel was perfectly located between the stadium and de city center, tickets of the match were as promised. So I'll do it again without any hesitation.

We hadden een geweldige trip naar Manchester. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en er werd heel duidelijk en snel gecommuniceerd. De reden dat we geen 5 sterren geven is omdat het hotel iets verouderd was maar zeker ok. We kregen mits kleine opleg een upgrade van onze tickets, Manchester city - Cristal Palace, en hadden fantastische plaatsen op de 5de rij. Het doelpuntenfestijn was natuurlijk een pluspunt. Een ongelooflijke ervaring om nooit meer te vergeten.

We visited a Schalke game. At first they gave us standing tickets. Mayby my mistake, athough the website wasnt clear about it in my opinion. Because visiting the game with my 80 year old father and 2 children, we preferred to have seats. After a phonecall they served us 4 new tickets next to eachother on a fine spot in the stadium. The communication went very well and the tickets arrived on time. Excellent service.

We recently booked a football trip and everything was perfectly arranged from start to finish. From the moment we made the reservation, the communication was clear and efficient. We received all the necessary information about the trip, hotel, and match well in advance.

Twee wedstrijden bezocht in EPL. West ham-bournemouth zaterdag en Tottenham tegen Southampton zondag. In Londen . Vooral de laatste was een belevenis. Geen spijt van upgrade naar plekken aan het veld. Geweldig. Volgende keer hier regelen

I had a great experience with this website. They provided clear communication about when and how I would receive the tickets, and were very helpful throughout the process. They offered us an upgrade (which understandably involved an extra cost) when the opportunity came up, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommended!

Mooie wedstrijden al bezocht via voetbaltrips.com naar Aston Villa, Liverpool, AS ROMA. Echt genieten en het is echt goed geregeld. Zelfs op wedstrijddagen zelf is er hulp als je even niet op de juiste plek bent of er niet uit komt.
