Very good overall experience. I placed an order for a titanium bolt kit, Shipped the next day. Had a couple questions about Shipping time(It was my niece’s birthday.) Responded somewhat fast, Ended up getting a day earlier than anticipated. Even three in a free sticker. 10/10. Would buy again.
Five stars for customer service and delivery. The team responded to my questions quickly, and the shipping for my Baja light was incredibly fast, love it!
I’ve bought from this website since it came out about a year ago, they sell quality products for all the e-bikes you can think of, they have never failed to impress me with the great quality of their products.
I got the surron Baja light I’ve had it for a while and it’s really good and durable still works 100 percent good and shipping was fast and stated it touch
great customer service and my baja actually shipped in 1 day
I placed an order on 3/21 for two week delivery. When two weeks came and went with no tracking information, I contacted volt racing on 04/12 to find out why they still had not shipped the product. On 04/15 I received a response that it would ship by the weekend. That was two additional weeks ago. Volt Racing will happily take your money, just don't expect anything in return

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and I'm sorry. You ordered with a two-week delivery expectation, you had to chase us for an update, and then the timeline we gave you slipped again with no word from us. That communication breakdown is on us, full stop.
Where things stand: Your order was shipped on May 15th and delivered on May 20th. We've also added order-status updates so customers aren't left guessing while they wait. If anything is still unresolved, email me directly at info@volt-racing.com and I'll handle it personally. Thanks for holding us accountable, it's how we get better.
I bought a Super 73 Baja light and it is easily the highest quality and brightest Baja light I've ever installed on a bike.
I bought my sons two lights and they shipped out very quickly and they were super high quality. Very pleased!
