Made a phone call at 12 noon, ordered the charger at 12.15 and delivery made at 8.45 the following morning.
Purchase only available though website which was simple to use.

Good customer service experience
Shortly after I had made my ev charge point purchase, they rang me to say there would be a slight delay due to the Christmas holiday period. The one I had chosen came direct from the manufacturer who were on holiday for the period. They gave an estimated delivery date and it came 1 day earlier than this 👍🏻
