False advertisement to buy a product that didn't exist for them. My account was then charged twice but when customer service was contacted the problem was resolved promptly.

I had a problem, Eugene got ahold of me with a reply to refund my account promptly , and has been nicer than I ever could have expected.
Waiting for my bank to be refunded and as soon as that is taken care of I will be back to rate him and his customer service a solid 5 stars. .

I bought something from a sight and didn’t know that there was another sight that charged me a lump sum of money on my credit card call them up and was willing to give me my money back on my card if I ever need something from that website I would definitely give them a try very trustworthy

Didn’t know I was signing up for a subscription

These folks hit me twice in one week by starting a mo ly subscription i did not authorize; then dragging their feet to stop it. i think they are a scam and would like to give them a zero.

There were charges that I did not authorize after purchasing perfume Valentino that was on sale for 13 dollars it was charging this one and another charge that I didn’t authorize I reached out to them and they stated a refund will be sent to me due this situation great customer service

Emerald was so kind and helpful. After a purchase was made from my card to this business that I didn't make, I asked for a refund. Emerald was given my case and got me my money back and even gave me a €30 voucher so I could see what their company has to offer. Thank you Emerald!

I was charged for a subscription and a an additional fee for something that I did not sign up for. When I called to request a refund they were able to provide a refund for the subscription but not for the additional fee. They stated I had to email them. I sent them an email and when I received a response with a stipulation that a refund could only be issued if I wrote a review. So here is my review. Can I just please have my refund. Oh and customer service could be more friendlier.
