Unlike other reviews here who quoted to have been promised good accounts that later turned out bad and forced an upsell, our bad experience with Voltic stems from the fact we purchased circa 1000 email accounts, of which we've only received 225.

Of course, to provide a fair balance in point of view, this shortfall in accounts was promised to be replaced (the accounts were disconnected, because they were bad, then promised to be replaced—free of domain charge. Great).

Eman, from Voltic, was great with communication—yet despite this—clearly did not reach the internal team who are responsible for uploading our accounts.

So, in short, we've spent close to $1600 for our accounts to be removed from Instantly, whereby we're not short of these accounts with empty promised to have them replaced.

I recommend working with them if you want to get accounts quickly uploaded, which are later disconnected—to never have them replaced.

Voltic Agency is an utter scam and a complete waste of time—avoid them like the plague! Their latest fiasco with setting up new Gmail boxes after my domains got "flagged" by Google? Pure incompetence and shady tactics. On September 5, 2025, all my emails disconnected after I accidentally changed nameservers, but conveniently, that's when they blame Google's "new spam restrictions"—timing too perfect to be coincidence, especially since everything worked fine before my slip-up.

They promised free .shop or .info domain replacements and official reseller accounts at $2.5/month, but delivered nothing but delays, deleted messages, and radio silence. By September 6, they admitted my old accounts were gone, costing me potentially $50K in leads and conversations—no access granted despite pleas, and warmup starts from zero. Weeks dragged on: September 8, "team has been setup the accounts" turned into more waiting; September 9, more empty promises; September 10-11, still no progress despite my demands for same-day setup. By September 16 (Monday), I had to fill their sheet myself for 14 domains, yet as of today, September 21, 2025, nothing's done—setup "today" on the 18th? Lies. Their support ghosts you after taking money, ignores urgent requests, and deflects blame while your business grinds to a halt. Voltic's unprofessional, unreliable, and possibly fraudulent— they've destroyed my trust and operations. Steer clear; this agency's a total rip-off!

Even one star feels too high for this company. Paid a significant sum only for everything to fail. They begged multiple times to give them another chance and made all kinds of promises. Proceeded to fail on promises, ignore customer support messages, not show for calls, and the Chief Sales Officer could not answer simple questions so blocked me instead. Cowardice, incompetence, and dishonesty run rife at Voltic. Avoid like the plague unless you enjoy having your time and money wasted.

Incessant, daily spam from multiple variations of the Voltic domain. They're trying to sell you email domain services - and while they're demonstrating they can absolutely get around deliverability issues, they also do not follow CAN-SPAM requirements. No unsubscribe/opt out links, and completely ignore requests to unsubscribe. You sign up with them to provide this service, you are absolutely putting your business at risk.

They spammed multiple times without opt outs.
