It has helped me to write reports and save time on admin, this meaning a can spend more time with volunteers which is what its all about. They are always improving the system when new ideas come in from people using it.

We installed Volunteero late last year, did a soft launch in December with a hard launch in January. The Volunteero team (especially Abbie) were with us every step of the way. We cannot fault their enthusiasm, support, dedication and patience to/with us. We are still learning, but with the Volunteero led training sessions, the Help Centre and the AI function we are striding along confidently with the platform. We enjoy using it and have had great feedback from our Volunteers, and that is all that matters. Would highly recommend!

Volunteero is a really intuitive and easy-to-use platform. The overall functionality is straightforward, and the drag-and-drop feature for building forms is excellent – it makes creating and updating documents quick and stress-free.
One of the biggest benefits is having everything come back to one central place, which saves time and keeps volunteer information organised and easy to track. The onboarding process itself is highly visual and can be tailored to your specific requirements, which is especially helpful when working with different volunteer roles.
The platform clearly leans towards onboarding the *right* volunteers for the role, while keeping compliance firmly in view. It strikes a great balance between user experience and safeguarding and compliance requirements, which is essential for organisations working with young people.
Overall, Volunteero has made our volunteer onboarding process far more efficient and robust.

Since adopting the Volunteero App, Age UK Northamptonshire has transformed how it manages and supports its volunteers.
Volunteero streamlines updates, task assignments, and progress tracking. This has significantly reduced reliance on traditional methods such as phone calls and emails, saving time and improving efficiency.
One of the standout features is the intuitive interface, which volunteers have found easy to navigate. The ability to log hours, accept tasks, and stay informed through notifications has empowered volunteers to manage their commitments more effectively.
For the Volunteers Manager, the reporting tool has provided valuable insights into volunteer engagement and activity levels, helping us make data-driven decisions.
The app has also enhanced the sense of community among volunteers. Features like group messaging and event notifications have fostered better collaboration and inclusivity, ensuring everyone feels connected and informed.

Can I say how absolutely wonderful Abbie Mai has been helping myself and my colleague Camille to get started using the volunteero app. Abbie has been so patient and understanding and no question is too much for her to answer. It's can be a bit overwhelming when trying something new for the first time and trying to get your head around it all can be a bit confusing....well for me that is. We've been using Volunteero for over 2 years now and it has really helped us improve the volunteer experience and how we manage them internally. As a Developer in our charity, I've integrated Volunteero with our CRM and can say the process, documentation and updates are spot on and make my life a lot easier (certainly compared to other 3rd parties we work with). If I've ever had to reach out for support, the team are responsive and keep me informed. Requests for additional enhancements to the API as our needs have changed/grown have been built rapidly - really impressive!

Working for a local charity, Volunteero has exceeded all expectations and completely streamlined how we organise volunteers for events. Before Volunteero, we were stuck in the stone age, relying on endless emails and phone calls to coordinate which volunteers could attend which events. With over 50 events each month, this was incredibly time consuming and inefficient.
Since implementing Volunteero, we’ve empowered our volunteers to take control of their own schedules. They can now sign up for the events they’re interested in at times that suit them. Once an event is full, it automatically disappears from their timeline. Simple, smart and effective.
The platform also allows us to store all relevant event information in one place, making it easy for volunteers to access everything they need. The support from the Volunteero team has been outstanding. It’s quick and easy to ask for help, and responses are always prompt and helpful. Josie has been absolutely invaluable throughout our onboarding process. She is always available, always knowledgeable and always kind.
One of the standout features is Volunteero’s Roadmap. You can suggest new features and other users vote on them to help prioritise development. It genuinely feels like the app is tailored to our charity’s needs, which is such a refreshing and empowering experience.
If you're looking to modernise your volunteer management, Volunteero is the way forward. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Volunteero has been a game changer for us!
As a relatively new and small charity, we were looking for something to hold all our data in 1 place, and for easy use of our volunteers. It's simple to use, it holds everything we need it to, and the staff are super friendly and helpful if you need them. Would definitely recommend.

I'm a Volunteer Manager with a charity (based in the UK) and our volunteering team have implemented the system, as well as delivering training to help managers support their volunteers to use the app, across the whole organisation - all charity shops, fundraising, corporate groups, admin-type roles, care roles etc. Volunteero are responsive and have already made improvements to their systems based on feedback from our charity and other organisations. Easy to use, visually appealing and all round helpful. Really enjoy using this system.

Volunteero has exceeded my expectations in every way, not just with the system and features but also with the after-sales support and customer service teams (special shout-out to Josie!).
It's revolutionised our onboarding, volunteer management, and saved our charity loads of time on admin. More importantly, our volunteers love using it too, and we've had really positive feeback, especially from existing volunteers. This has helped with volunteer engagement, retention and help us grow and support more beneficiaries. The time it saves you in admin, the system pays for itself!
What also surprised me (in a good way), is how the team take feedback on board, to improve and amend the system to make it even better. They genuinely listen. Genuinely care and genuinely want to make a difference to their customers and the charity sector as a whole
I've used some of their competitors, and while they did the job, just, nothing compares to volunteero.
I cannot recommend it enough, and you will not regret choosing them.

We've been using Volunteero for about seven months now, and it's been a game-changer for our volunteer management. Previously, we relied on a system that wasn’t well-suited for our needs, along with a manual onboarding process that was time-consuming and inefficient, especially given the large number of volunteers we work with and the constant need to recruit more.
Volunteero has significantly simplified and sped up our onboarding process. From customising application forms to advertising volunteer roles, the platform has made everything much more streamlined. As a large charity with many staff members to train and engage that manage volunteers in their teams, it took us a little longer to get fully up and running. However, the migration process went smoothly overall. We encountered a few teething issues, but the Volunteero team was always on hand to support us, helping us find solutions and adapt to a new way of working.
Their support has been consistent and responsive throughout. They’ve not only answered our questions but have also taken on board our feedback and wish list, adding new features and making improvements based on our suggestions and other Volunteero users. The whole team has made the transition much easier.
We’re still discovering new features and continue to work closely with our large co-hort of volunteers and staff, signing them onto the app and using the features. It’s been a great move for us, and I would definitely recommend Volunteero!

From the first meeting I liked what I heard. Ash, Jen, Josie, and Mushka all made this process so easy. Jen is patient when I don't understand a process. I appreciate the individualized videos that are sent to show how a process can be corrected or implemented. Even though I am on a different continent, I have never felt ignored, and all my issues are resolved in a timely manner. The fact you want to grow and make the program better by asking for user input is refreshing! I am happy to recommend Volunteero to anyone who ask what platform I use. Keep up the great work!

Volunteero has completely changed the way we do things at our small charity.
We’ve always got a lot going on – shopping, befriending, prescription pick-ups, community sessions – and this app has made it so much easier to keep everything organised. It looks professional, but it’s also really simple to use, which is exactly what we need for our volunteers and team.
We’ve been using it for just over a year now, and honestly, I don’t know how we managed before. The team behind it have been brilliant – always open to feedback and happy to help.
James and Jen have been so helpful right from the start, and it means a lot knowing they’re there if we need anything. That kind of support really matters when you’re a small charity trying to keep everything running smoothly.
It’s become part of how we work now, and I’d definitely recommend it to other charities – especially smaller ones like us who just need something that works without making life harder.

We made the changeover to Volunteero 6 months ago and it has made the managing of volunteers within the charity a dream. It’s so easy for both staff to add opportunities (or missions) for upcoming events and for volunteers to see what is available in their locality and to join (or leave) it at any time via the excellent Volunteero app. The support from the Volunteero team has been incredible throughout in getting setup, including the after-support, and nothing is ever a bother to them. Fantastic help articles & videos available and the Volunteero team are constantly updating the app & website to improve the user experience even further. It very much brings volunteering management into the 21st century.
