bought a reversible belt, and it's good quality! Feels very sturdy and durable, and the leather is soft but firm. The only drawback is, the sizes were a bit confusing, by which i had to do some measurements on my own. But overall, I'm very satisfied with it!

Not able to exchange gift
I received a beautiful washington Von Baer wallet as a gift. Unfortunately, it was too large for me and I was unable to exchange/return since they only have a 14 day window. I had all the original packaging and offered to send so they could verify the "newness". When I asked "if there was anything else I could do or if the item was trash" the chat deleted itself with no further response. I'm appalled that such a high end item would have such bad customer service. I will not be purchasing or recommend purchasing gifts from them to anyone. Be cautious if you aren't purchasing for yourself or if you are, that you return/exchange within the 14 day window. I'd like to see more reviews about how hard it actually is to return/exchange their products.

As communicated during the pre-return process and outlined on our website, returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and complete with their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, it was evident that the wallet had been used, with card marks visible and other signs of wear. Proof of this inspection was provided to you, but we did not receive a response in more than 2 weeks. These conditions make the item ineligible for a refund under our policy, which is standard practice to ensure all customers receive products in pristine condition.
Additionally, it is perfectly normal and widespread for production to take place in one location while distribution happens in another. We are transparent about our location, which is clearly stated on our website.

I got the Travel Organizer passport holder with my initial embossed on it as a present from my wife. I am very happy with this present, and it will be dear to my heart. I am sure it will last for a lifetime even though I have been using it for few months now. I am a frequent traveler.

High quality keychain
I was browsing internet for some quality keychain and found out Von Baer keychains. It looked quality ones. I asked to engrave a slogan for me. They did! So I got the keychain I like!
