This company is NOT a UK company and the customer service is dire. Go to a shop/store IN the UK so that your STATUTORY rights are not affected of anything goes wrong.
There is no customer service and I was SO incensed that I called their telephone number in the U.S and it was a dead line.

Ordered really cool piercing glasses with my prescription, they came early and they are amazing! Wicked glasses would definitely order again! Really easy to order as well. If you want some unique glasses for good prices definitely order from here!

These lens are completely different from what the prescription was no wonder i couldn't see i love the frames but lens was the wrong prescription the whole time verified by eye doctor it was -2.75 and the prescription they sent me (vooglam) was -5.75 that is a big difference

Vooglam is a scam; glasses are often wrong and despite advertising wonderful return policy- when the glasses are wrong it takes ages to get the issue sorted - if ever.

Beware!! Returns and refunds offered, yes. But it will cost £20 to return one pair back to China with tracking. Similar cost to the cost of the glasses!

DREADFUL. My glasses just arrived and the actual lenses are to small for the frame??? Who the hell thinks this is competant - who checks before dispatch.
WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP. DO NOT USE

I appreciate the selection of styles they have in their inventory but when I go to add options they make available to choose from, such as blue light protection for an extra $20, my blue light better be on there! Otherwise I could've just paid $50 for some plain non-prescription glasses. At that point you're ripping off customers & not living up to the integrity of the what you wish to push forward with the names you tie to your products, like the Tombogo. I paid for a specific feature (Blue Light Blocking) that was objectively missing upon arrival. They have an unreasonable resolution. They demanded I ship the item back to China at my own expense for a $20 issue—a "solution" that actually costs me, the customer more money.
​It is geed over service for them. They wouldn't even consider a partial refund for the service they failed to provide, forcing me to go through a lengthy dispute process just to get a fair outcome with PayPal.

I've purchased my second lot of vooglam glasses after my 2 yrly eye test. I decided to go big in style and pairs, 1 x reading and 1 x long distance. My other pair that I had purchased 2yrs ago, has lasted. Once again the care and attention to detail that Vooglam gives as part of the service is off the chart. Sturdy bright orange delivery box abd once opened a sturdy box with a lovley glass pouch, pd measuring tool, paoerwork and it just oooozes luxury. I decided to order a glass case this time for an extra £4.
They arrived as on time as stated. Love Love Love Love the glasses and having, anti glare, anti scratch and thined lense as extra cost in total absolutley fraction @ the price.

As someone who has worn glasses for most of her life, paying hundreds of pounds for average glasses, quality etc, this is a no brainer. Vooglam is defitinley the real deal.

Complete rubbish - and you can't even subscribe out of the masses of trash they send you. Well you can try, but they keep coming. Avoid like the plague

The glasses arrived and I loved the frames but the prescription was wrong despite me having uploaded a photo of my prescription. my only option to return was to send them back to china at my own expense ( £23 ) and then they would exchange or give me store credit ! That’s nearly half what i paid in the first place just to return glasses that were wrong due to their mistake .

I've been buying glasses for Vooglam since Jan 2025.
The first two pairs that I bought was so easy to order it was child's play, but. To return is another story.
I had to pay postage and packaging to return them back to China as they did not suit my face, even though I did try the online.
No service in the UK or shops on the UK the alternative is to keep them or send them back and pay for the postage and packaging they were my options ❗

So I eventually sent them back recorded delivery where they recorded number and received store credit.

I purchased another pair which were perfect no issues there

My brother made me compliment tell me they were really good glasses he would like a pair what does he have to do.
So I do what was needed got the prescription etc etc etc

Wrong lenses were put into the glasses need to return then I remembered the rigmarole I had to go through last time so I wasn't looking forward to that.

So again they came back with You can return them but pay for the purchase and packaging.... Then I thought to myself no every time I do that I end up losing out.

We can give you 30% off your next pair of glasses which basically means I pay a full 70% and still have the old glasses but I've got the wrong lenses in them or I can go for a full refund minus the prices in packaging back to China which is about £26 . So yes very easy process to order but an absolute nightmare for any repairs or returned be prepared to fork out probably the same amount you pay for the glasses or a good third of the price.
Would I recommend ,probably not it's the aftercare service that lets them down .
Once you remember that initial purchase and the price with all the varied discounts....but still a 1/5 for me

Excellent product. Straightforward to order. Arrived after 11 days. Well pleased.

I red the reviews and picked up about how the return process was awful. "it shouldn't be a problem" I said to myself. "I've been wearing glasses most of my life, understand prescriptions and have ordered online before without issues" How WRONG I WAS!! they came today (I wanted something a bit funky) frames are ACE but the fact that the lenses make me sick and the minute I put them on I knew they were never going to work. They feel like a child playing with play doh have made them, no progression at all and all wrong. An absolute waste of £68. I'm not going to go through the stress of the returns as I have enough on my plate (death of mother, new job, new house) so if you're thinking of varifocals from Vooglam please be warned! I should have listened to the reviews and not taken the gamble

Do not buy, warning!!! if glasses are ok the company is fine but if you need to returnthem this is when it goes wrong. They give you an incorrect address who UPS said they could not find!!! after me paying ~£40 to return to china, Right now the spectacles are stuck in UPS china and Vooglam are not answering any of my emails, neither me nor UPS they are ignoring us both. I paid £169 for specs plus £40 UPS return. I have reported them to KLARNA who will hopefully help. Please do not waste your money !!!

Make it easier to return glasses. Putting unusable customer emails ..not showing your order.
So beware not able to return easily at all.

Absolutely love my glasses, stylish, edgy, and not the same old boring ones from the opticians. I had all the info, especially the PD for each eye and they are magnificent. Single vision will be perfect for our upcoming wedding.
I loved the Rainey frames SO much I bought a second varifocal/progressive pair.
THEN they had a daft sale....like they are not bargains anyway....so shhhhh I've an ECO pair on order !!
I have a strong prescription, and they even do high index coated lenses.
I love them and will get more.
Don't just be Glam....be VooGlam!

Hi ordered two pair of glassers they were delivered by yodel left outside in garden plant pot when I came home from work they had gone got in contact with yodel they said to contact vooglam which I have many times only had two responses over 7 days said I could have a refund then nothing never get back to you at all say it because of time difference what 5 days difference what a load off rubbish do not use at all

Have bought quite a few pairs from here now but I messed up my first order by putting the wrong cyl measurement in. I only realised when I put them on.

Jenny from customer services sorted it all for me, got me to send back the wrong pairs and sent me the correct Rx as soon as I sent her my tracking number!

They couldn’t have been more helpful.

All other pairs are fantastic (Inc my progressive ones) for so much less than at a UK optician and the frames are so much nicer - was sick of the same old types sold at Boots/Specsavers etc.

So impressed with them and they’re so good that even my father is ordering his new pairs from here and he’s extremely fussy about glasses!

This is the second time I am placing an order for prescription glasses and I must say I am deeply satisfied with my orders so far. Beautiful and stody frames. The glasses came perfect and fit. I started recommending Vooglam immediately my order was delivered. Vooglam it is!!!

Ordered two pairs and came back totally wrong, can’t read through them and they won’t admit responsibility. I filled out form correct but they just say send them back and give me some far Asian address.
