My experience was quick and easy. I was assisted by John. Appreciated his help.

Spoke to Scott today with regards to wanting to do an unwind on a vehicle and he has told me that everything is going through the process and should be sorted asap. Couldn’t be happier with the service received by Scott. Thank you for putting my mind at ease.

What a fantastic place vortex cars limited is! Fantastic people and they do not push you into buying a car that isnt for you. I had dealt with John and he left me to it to decide on what the perfect car is for me. Once I decided he was more than happy for me to sit in the office and deal with the paperwork. No rushing and made sure that the price of my part ex was ok for me and made sure that the discovery sport i had picked is perfect for me to pick up a couple days later. I cannot fault them at all and I would definitely return to get another car in the future. 100% recommend

Great all round service received from Vortex cars, from placing my order to receiving the vehicle everything went very smoothly, I would recommend Vortex cars to everybody.

No even a one star, bought a car for my grandson for his 18th they promised me everything, picked the car up on his birthday wasn’t even cleaned properly, bought extra warranty then after a week engine management light came on contacted them but they weren’t interested said I would get a call back never did, so paid for it to be fixed ourselves then a few weeks later all power went contacted them again said they couldn’t find us on there system gave them all details my name grandsons name reg personal reg very rude said we would get a call back never did. So I contacted the sales guy I bought it off - again very rude said cars break and I would have to wait like everyone else they are very busy waited and waited then called everyday for 2 weeks just kept getting told I would have to wait for a call back in the end paid ourselves again to get the car fixed still never called us back. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST WARRANTY YOU PAY EXTRA FOR IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY DONT WANT TO KNOW.
