Bought a pc from Protech and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Great communication, and willing to help with any questions even after the sale. Couldn't recommend enough!

I decided to take the journey in building my own PC with my own parts. After building my PC, I started to run into crashes and blue screen errors. I couldn’t figure out what was causing these errors. Countless hours on YouTube and google and couldn’t pin point what was wrong. That’s when I found ProTech PCs. I sent them a whatsapp message and received a response within minutes. They gave me a few quick fixes to try myself but the errors were still occurring. I took my PC to them and left it in their care over the weekend, the PC was ready/fixed by the Wednesday! I was over the moon that it was finally fixed and in such a short turnaround. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks guys!!!

What can I say but bravo.
From start to finish it's been a wonderful, worry free process. I gave ProTec my requirements and they knocked it out of the park, they even added a few extras. Nothing was too much trouble. Now I would never go anywhere for my gaming PC needs.

I was looking to buy a gaming rig when I came across Protech Pc's. I'm so glad I did, I had a few questions which got answered straight away on WhatsApp on how I wanted my pc to look like and components wise. In less than a weeks time just before Christmas he did my pc and posted it. Now using it and I blown away. It's all so neatly done. I am so happy with his service and how far and beyond to help me, even after I had it with any questions.
If you are looking for a gaming rig, I would not look else where, his price was also by far the cheapest.

When I went to collect my banking app messed up it was quite late at night the amazing man who served me waited for me and put a hold to eating his dinner. Pc runs amazing and I will be recommending this to anyone who wants a good pc

Had an issue with a part upon arrival (manufacturer issue, no fault to the company) and the customer service has been absolutely incredible. Very quick to respond and concise communication, helped walk me through all the at-home fixes before getting an exchange on the faulty part.
The system has been working perfectly ever since and should I need another computer soon, I will buy from protechpcs again

If i could give 10 stars i would. The customer service is above and beyond. ProTech have replied to me within minutes whenever i have whats'apped them with any question regardless of time or a weekend! That speaks volumes itself. Bought a high end custom gaming pc, it arrived the next day beautifully packaged. Turned on within 15 minutes and never had a problem since. I'm so glad i bought from this company and will continue to do so in the future. Cant recommend them enough.

I was searching for a new computer build and was determined to go with HYTE Y70 touch as my case. I soon came to realise that the case wasn’t yet available in the UK. Then I spotted on marketplace ProTech PC’s had built a pc that was everything I had dreamed of! Top of the range graphics card with the latest processor and most importantly in the Y70 touch case I was so crazy about. I enquired about its availability and to my excitement it was still available. I had a few questions around the build as not being very tech savvy I needed to ensure this was the correct machine for myself. The guy was brilliant took the time to answer all my questions no matter how silly they sounded. Then I had the concern around buying such an expensive build from a company I hadn’t heard of before. I took the chance and set off down to Leicester to collect my new pc. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and there was my pc in all its glory!! I decided to add an extra hard drive in the build whilst I was there and the man was brilliant no issue at all and installed it on the spot for me. Showed me the Pc running and the tests to show it was all running as it should. The fears around this company soon disappeared and I can’t recommend them high enough. Anything I need in the future they will be my first port of call! Proud to say I’m one of the first in the Uk to get my hands on the Y70 touch is incredible and the build is just a work of art! Well done guys on such an amazing job with the build 10/10
