I came to Votel from a competitor. Mike, the owner of Votel is invested in the success of their agency partners. I completed a 5 day challenge to get my AI agency online with them and I can honestly say, I have never had a better experience with any other company. I got off to a bit of a rocky start with Votel.ai and gave them a scathing review... I've come back to write an updated more accurate review. When the founder of the company realized what happened, he reached out to me personally and jumped on a demo call with me. I was blown away by his response and the system. I had my official onboarding call with them 11/2/2026 and I am so excited to switch to Votel.ai. It does everything my agency needs and then some. If you can chat with AI, you can build a business. My agency is heavy into email & SMS. So those features matter. I've worked in all of the big ESPs and I've never seen deliverability built into the system. I'm just getting started on this journey and I haven't been this excited about technology in the 8+ years I've run my agency. My operating costs are going to drop and I'm going to be able to provide my clients with even more services. Let's GO!

I've tried a bunch of marketing and ai automation webinars and most of them are garbage. Most courses move thru faster than the speed of light with no actual substance and at the end of the course, I'm no better off than I was before. Votel.ai is the opposite experience. I procrastinated getting my business going for almost a year and with Votel I managed. to do it in 5-6 days and had my website and automations completed by the time the course ended.

The platform makes it easy with everything an agency or a client needs ALL in ONE platform! As well, support staff is VERY helpful and informative. Easy integrations, and have your agents and assistants all in a centralized solution at a great price point!
