It didn’t start off great as the wrong item was shipped to me. Not Voyage’s fault. I reached out and Peter Morot got back to me right away and rectified the situation. The customer service was off the charts. I now have my bag and it is better than advertised.

I was a bit late in purchasing my carry-on luggage and was concerned that it wouldn't arrive in time for my trip. Immediately after placing my order, I contacted Voyage Luggage, and they responded promptly with an update that my item had already shipped. They even kept an eye on the tracking information and followed up regarding its delivery status.

The customer service team was wonderful and ensured my luggage was delivered on time before my 3-week international trip. The Antler trunk arrived in perfect condition. It's stylish and functional -- the square shape makes it easier to roll around than the flatter and wider large suitcases I have owned prior, and the compression cubes will help me fit more things inside.
