Best Recruitment Software on the…
Best Recruitment Software on the Market.
I work in Medical recruitment with so many terms I was worried about being able to search for all the different elements when finding medical staff. Voyager eradicated all my worries. This system really is the best out there. So many functions which make life easier. The support team is always at hand to help and respond very quickly. Honestly I dont have many tech issues most times it's not the system its my lack of knowledge... I must go over the training material...

Fantastic system
Fantastic system, clearly set out & very easy to use.
The team are great & the trainers are very helpful & explain everything very well, the online training is one of the best I have had.
The support & help if needed is there & they are very quick to resolve any

The Best I've Used
I've used a variety of recruitment software over the years and would be happy to say that Infinity is the best I've come across. The legal recruitment market is a pretty technical area and you have to be able to drill down to real specifics, which this does far better than some of the more 'lightweight' options on the market, but still combines a lot of the convenient functionality to quickly allow you to shortlist, mail-merge, etc.
I was also very impressed with how good Voyager were as a firm when transferring over to them; having ported across from one of the prominent names in the recruitment software market where everything was an issue and/or an additional cost, the team at Voyager went out of their way to make this as seamless a transition as possible, including a number of man hours in the background to ensure that our data was successfully transferred when the previous provider was dragging their heels.
I can't foresee us moving away from Infinity at any point in the near future, very impressed.

My business has used Voyager since 2003…
My business has used Voyager since 2003 and experienced a number of changes from Voyager Professional to the current Infinity Version and more recently to the hosted version of Infinity on the SAAS platform. Any platform change has its challenges but the key to managing these are the support you are given as a business by the software supplier and our experience of working with the Voyager Support Team, although not perfect, has been professional, detailed and committed to resolving issues we have faced. They are also well support by Debbie and her training team who we have found exceptional - always helping us to set up the software in the best and most efficient way - which in my view is absolutely key to your success with any Specialist Software like Voyager that needs to be personalised.
I would highly recommend Voyager to anyone that is looking for Recruitment Software that can do it all, from a partner that has continually invested in their software and support teams and ensured they have been ahead of the game with GDPR - where their advice and implementation of GDPR in Voyager Infinity has been fantastic.

I have used Voyager since 1999 and when I have set up any business it’s been my “go to” CRM
great product, great support and training . Personally I always recommend Voyager if anyone asks me, great piece of kit - even for a dinosaur like me.

As a technophobe I struggled to get to…
As a technophobe I struggled to get to grips with this Infinity - it seems overly complicated and there are many things I still don't understand.
To say I muddle through would be an accurate description. I think colleagues are much better at using it - I find the searches difficult to deal with, too many variants and options - just want nice, simple searches but that does not seem possible on this software.
Arranging an interview takes ages too - I have the hang of it now but it is too complicated.
We do also seem to have quite a few technical glitches, some front but also back office, which I think could be dealt with more quickly.
I am sure it is a fabulous program but I do miss the old one!

As temp agency software Voyagers VDQ is barely adequate, the support staff are helpful and friendly but the product has many bugs, undeveloped features and is obviously at the end of its development life as new features aren't being rolled out nor are obvious problems being rectified.
Its relatively inexpensive but dated and a dead end that won't achieve the automation you require and if you wish to pair it with any timesheet automation software be prepared to have to purchase and run the equally awkward Mid-Office product that attempts to poorly duplicate the timesheet automation you really want.
