First order
I tried to place an order online but it wasn’t going through for some reason. I received an email the following day asking if they could help with the order, not being pushy just the right tone.
I rang and placed the order over the phone with their help. Emailed a confirmation and was kept up to date about the order.

Beautiful garden bench
When I ordered my bench was told it could be 3-4 weeks it arrived in 3 days. Also told kerb delivery only and yet the delivery man could not have been more
helpful and placed the box where I asked.
It said things needed to put it together may be despatched separately, they were in the box. Instructions were simple and clear and with the help of a friend we had it set up in 20 minutes.
The bench is even nicer than expected, this is the best company I have ever dealt with on line.

A great end to end experience
Found everything about the process easy. From the browsing of the website, product selection to ordering etc. Table was delivered promptly in accordance with the notification we received and assembly was straightforward despite our concerns about how heavy the respective parts might be.
