Transitions are clutch
The transition lenses on these are an absolute lifesaver. I wear my Metas driving to work, and they get dark super fast in the sun. Then I walk into the office and they clear up in couple of minutes so I don’t look like a weirdo wearing shades at my desk lol. Super legit quality.

I’m updating my review because my order is still stuck on “Shipment is being prepared – Parcel information received” with 4PX, and it does not appear the package has actually been handed to the carrier yet. The tracking still shows that the carrier only received the request, not the physical shipment.

UPDATE April 18, 2026. Misleading information from VR Rock. The company stated that my package would arrive this weekend. It is currently Saturday, and USPS has not even picked up the package—it is still in China.

I will not do business again with a company that misleads its customers. This is unacceptable, especially since I paid $19 for expedited shipping. I will never order from this company again.

It looks like the lenses are now in transit and are expected to arrive between the 21st–25th. Based on this, I have cancelled the dispute/claim I previously filed with my bank since the shipment is actively moving.

If the lenses arrive as described and in good condition, I will also make sure to update my review positively to reflect that.

I placed Order #51526 on April 10 and paid $19 for expedited shipping, which was advertised at checkout as 3–5 days. Since placing the order, it has remained in “Preparing” status with no updates since April 10. It is now April 14 going on April 15, and I have not received any response regarding exact shipping time and date.

Additionally, your Terms of Service list expedited shipping as 5–10 days, which differs from the 3–5 day timeframe shown at checkout.

Please confirm the exact date this order will ship. If there is a delay beyond the advertised timeframe, I request either a refund of the expedited shipping fee or shipment in accordance with the originally advertised 3–5 day timeframe. Based on the advertised delivery window, the lenses should arrive no later than April 15.

If you don’t mind waiting a bit for your lenses, then these are for you. The ease of ordering and the price for the quality and odd ons I got for my lenses are way better than expected! I have few Meta Heads that are going to order their lenses from here. And I honestly don’t think it’s their fault for regarding the shipping and delivery time. But again, worth the wait for the price and quality.

I ordered prescription lenses for my VR headset on February 20th, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
The company repeatedly gave me false information about the shipping status.
On February 26th, they told me the order had already been handed over to the courier. This was not true.
Days later, they claimed the tracking would “update in 48 hours”, but again nothing happened.
In reality, the package was shipped only on March 7th, which is 16 days after my order – the maximum timeframe they advertise for production AND delivery combined.
Their website states the product is shipped within 1–3 days and delivered in 5–8 days. This was absolutely not the case.
The order was finally shipped only after I mentioned that I was ready to request a refund through my bank.
The product itself may be fine, but the customer service and honesty were unacceptable.
If you choose to order, be aware that the shipping times they advertise are not accurate, and communication is misleading.

Update – April 4:
The company sent me a pair of simple lenses(17th of March) as an apology, which arrived today. I appreciate the gesture, but this does not change the overall experience.
The original order was delayed, the shipping information provided was inaccurate, and communication remained misleading throughout the process.
Even these simple lenses, which were supposedly ready to ship, took 16 days to arrive.
For these reasons, the rating remains at 2 stars — the product may be fine, but the customer service and honesty were far below expectations.

I’ve been using m Quest 3 VR headset for about a year using my bifocal prescription glasses inside the head set. In May 2025 I purchased a pair of VR Rock prescription lenses to try.
Ordering was simple as I just added my prescription to the order form. They were ready and shipped in just a few days. The lenses arrived is their own fault case, packaged and protected very well. Installation was simple, the lenses are marked R&L and they snapped onto the Quest 3 lenses in the headset.
Game play was amazing, just as clear as looking through my glasses without the bifocal lens interfering with game play. I highly recommend these lenses, you won’t be sorry.

Having spent some time on deciding which VR headset to buy, I bought a Meta Quest 3. As a wearer of prescription spectacles, I soon realised that the headset was not very comfortable to use while I was wearing my specs.

In the process of researching what could be done to make the headset more comfortable, I noticed a company called VR Rock who could provide prescription lenses for the Meta Quest 3.

The ordering process for the prescription lenses was very straight forward as it could all be done online from the VR Rock web site.

Although my lenses were slightly more expensive than standard because I have such a big adjustment for the sight in one eye, they are still a great price, and well worth the expense!

The lenses didn’t take long to arrive, are of great quality and were easy to fit into place securely in the headset. I also like the idea that they come with a carry pouch with a soft cloth so the lenses can be stored safely if necessary.

All in all I am very pleased with my purchase of these lenses, and since my eyesight prescription has now changed, I will have no hesitation in ordering a replacement set of lenses from VR Rock.

Ordering lenses was very easy, regular updates and delivered to UK (order to arrival) in 10 days! Clicked into my Quest 3 without problem and suberb vision - everything is really clear. Happy to reccomend.

I ordered them just before Christmas and honestly didn't expect them to arrive so quickly, but they arrived at the beginning of January, which was a nice surprise.
The lenses themselves are great, everything fits perfectly. I'm not a specialist and I don't have the equipment to check if I actually have the anti-blue light coating, but overall my eyes are much less tired than when I didn't have the lenses. However, I made a mistake and bought too strong a lens for my right eye. Fortunately, after contacting customer service, the problem was resolved.

I got the Meta Quest 3 lenses very fast within 10 days this included ordering to being at my doorstep into the UK. These where very heavy prescriptions +6.25 etc

It is now the 26th Feb and i have asked multiple times about my order when its being done and shipped but all im getting is "coming soon" replies with no timeline at all.

Today i have asked for my order to be cancelled and this was the reply.

Upon receiving your order, our system promptly initiated the automated production process. I’ve checked your order and we have already arranged production, customizing the lenses based on your prescription. I’m sorry, but we are unable to cancel the order at this stage.

On the main page of the Meta Glasses page it states:
Production Time: 1-3 days

Awaiting my bank to get my money back.

I bullied them into shipping the product immediately.

Upon getting my psvr2 i struggled with clarity and worked about scratching the headset lenses. Then I got to looking up prescription lenses and came across VRrock which was the only company that had magnetic lenses. It was. No brainer that was the way to go with the simplified simply removing the lenses so that others could play. VRrock made the whole process quick and simple. The lenses themselves I am overly impressed by the clarity which is way clearer than my actual glasses. Would highly recommend these to anyone in the market for prescription lenses or even simply blue light/anti glare lenses

I finally took the plunge on buying my VR-Rock prescription lenses for my Quest 3 having just refreshed my glasses prescription and seen them mentioned on one of my favourite VR YouTuber's channels.
Long story short, I'm overjoyed with the result :-) I have a relatively mild prescription and had for years simply not bothered with wearing my glasses whilst using VR, mostly for fear of scratching the lenses.
However from now having enjoyed the difference thanks to the VR Rock inserts, there's no going back. There's a palpable difference in visual clarity & fidelity whilst I'm using my headset, which improves comfort and the overall experience massively. I'm very happy with my purchase hence leaving this review, so that others may similarly benefit.
VR Rock's website & ordering process was very straightforward & easy to use. I believe they are based in the USA but it only took about a week for my order to reach me in the UK, which is exactly what it said at time of ordering, and plenty of shipping updates we provided along the way.
The product its self is expertly designed, feels high quality & is simple & straightforward to install & use. There are firstly magnetic inserts to install around the lenses in the headset - which clip firmly into place - which the lenses themselves then firmly attach to using built in magnets, therefore being easy to remove any time for cleaning or if somebody else wants to use the headset.
The total cost was less than I would expect to be able to buy the cheapest pair of glasses for.

I wrote a really negative review about how I attempted to change my order after ordering on a Sunday and changing it the next day. They claimed I couldn’t change my order nor could I get a refund because the order was already being processed (after 1 day) however I could pay an additional $49 for another pair of lenses, which I did. Although according to them they processed my order in 1 day it took almost 1 month to get them. They didn’t like the review so they said if I removed it they would refund $30 of the $49. I agreed. They lied again and took taxes out of the $30 and actually sent $28. What a cheap classless company. The lenses are below average and the transition lenses are an odd color in the sun. I would NEVER choose this company! EVER! Customer service is awful. Made in China and shipped from China. They could care less, low response time. Cheap prices but a cheap company. I got what I should have expected. Threw the lenses away. Ordered from usemyframe. Got them quickly and were as advertised.

I wear Prescription glasses and recently purchased a Quest3 VR headset.
I soon found that my glasses were very uncomfortable whilst using the VR-Headset due to the closeness of my lenses to the Headset lenses,
So I did not use the VR for any length of time , this was not convenient with Long Haul games or Apps.
I looked around on the web and various VR groups , and found that users were employing the use of Prescription VR Lenses.
I emailed my Prescription to VR-Rock and received a set of their Magnetic lenses , the accuracy was perfect for the focal length of my script,
Very easy to remove for cleaning and do not interfere with my enjoyment of VR-Gaming, but enhanced the experience.
Can Highly recommend VR-Rock lenses.

Straight out lie about the shipping.
The website said shipping delivery estimate was 6-8 days to my address in Canada.
I trusted the information and placed the order, knowing I had a trip booked within 12 days to another country.
My order took 11 days just to be shipped, and was delivered 24 days after being placed.
I was upfront with customer service, but my questions about where it was being shipped from were ignored.
Now I am on a different country and had to buy a different pair of lenses to my glasses, problem that could have been completely avoided.
So I do not recommend.

Edit 1: vr-rock did reach out to me and offered sending the product to the new address, but I already bought the lenses from a local store. Then, they offered a partial refund, which I refused to accept.
I told them lying to your customers is completely unacceptable. Being upfront would have prevented all this hassle.
Since I do not need their lenses anymore due to their fault, I would have only accepted a full refund, but they also refused to accept it.

This is my first purchase from this site, and it came recommended by another user. I wasn't expecting such high quality; I was honestly hesitant because it's so complicated to adjust prescription lenses for glasses, let alone VR headsets. From start to finish, the process was very satisfactory, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Once I received them, I tried them on my Meta Quest 3 headset, and they fit perfectly, with excellent prescriptions. I'm very happy with this purchase. If I ever need to buy any other accessories, I won't hesitate to go back to this site. They are very professional.
