First i would like to say that Matt was brilliant and cleaned our Neff Slide & Hide oven and now it is like new again I can't fault this and would reccomend having said that we were let down by a management cockup. We were down for an AM visit but had to call office at 1.30pm when no one arrived they said they were very sorry and very quickly got a technition to me at 3.30pm and clean was undertaken. We have been customers for several years and up to now have had no problems till today but We have booked our next 2 cleans.

Just had my slate floor cleaned and am delighted with the end result .

Steve, rang me early in the morning to tell me what time he would arrive. His timing was perfect. He was very kind and professional throughout his time in my home.
He cleaned three carpets, stair, hall and landing, plus an armchair. Moving the furniture as required. He always asked me if all the furniture was back in its original location. I have no hesitation in recommending his character or excellent workmanship.
