SCAM WARNING!!
SCAM WARNING!!
Have just used Vuvoro for the first and last time to purchase 4 small metal Robins.
What I received from Vuvoro looked more like Crows and certainly nothing like a Robin.
The items are also very poorly made and just look horrible nasty and very very cheap!!
I did complain immediately but Vuvoro told me that I would have to send the items back at my expense even though they had sent me the wrong items!
After many emails back and forth they offered me a 70%!refund and told me I can keep the items they had sent me!
The whole experience is and was a complete scam from start to finish!!
Please do not use this company as they are based somewhere in China that I have ever heard of.
I didn’t think this type of thing still goes on but obviously I was completely wrong!!
With regards keeping these item’s,well as soon as my refund has been received these so called Robins will be going straight to Birdie Heaven!! Or in my case
The Robin Rubbish Bin!!
Please do not ignore my Warning!!
