Needed an emergency supply of stoma bags because of a muddle up at my local medical practice - my order had not gone through to the pharmacy, so I was running out and panicking a bit. My choice was either a visit to our local hospital - it was the weekend - or an online order. In the end, I did both. Items, ordering was easy medical specific useful website, able to identify exactly what I required. Delivery prompt. As it turns out I was able to manage remediate the medical emergency . Then contacted Vyne and explained my situation, the returns (unopened box items) was fast simple gracious (label code for Post office provided, and refund very quick . I accepted initial delivery postage delivery cost, this was reasonable and fair. Great company will be my UK go to in future. Hopefully I recover and do not require any medical aids. Vyne are sorry I feel they send too many emails. Do they feel that my feelings exaggerate a problem? They also imply that their messages are useful information but actually they are just cold pitches. Apart from that their service is very good.

Always prompt and notifies if something doesn't look right.
