I received an email from Vytaliving saying the product I used was on a sale. I placed an order with was confirmed on the 20th January 2025 and received my order on the 21st. That's excellent service.

Ordering was straightforward, with a confirmation of my order by email very quickly.
Ordered item on Thursday, 16th, arrived Saturday, 18th !

Items were very well packaged and arrived quickly. I have now placed another order and find the website easy to use.

I have been using Otosan ear spray. My doctor looked into my ears and said there was a lot of wax. I am now unable to hear even with my hearing aids. It has become a nightmare. I bought 2 at the same time, I don't think I ever want to use it again I am sorry to say. I thought it was going to be great. Sadly not.

I ordered a Battery daddy case which usually sells at Costco in US for a great price.

I love the product and came really good packaged however there was also a "battery testers" inside the box which came faulty hence will remove 1 star off.

I have emailed Vytaliving and there was a prompt response from the customer service team which I was really impressed!

Overall there was a positive experience and I do recommend buying from Vytaliving.

Tha company is fine. I had to wait a fortnight for delivery though.

It took a long time for the patches to come I’d run out before they did. Perhaps I didn’t allow enough time.

Ordered 4th January still not arrived rang today (13th)told I should receive next 2/5 working days ,would of purchased elsewhere if I was told about delay due to no stock available, stock was available apparently on day I ordered, I would cancel order but in so much pain I cannot take chance on getting some patches quicker from elsewhere, very disappointed with service.

I got an immediate reply from the company about the plug adapter I needed. Then as soon I had bought it, they got it in the post immediately and I received it the next working day. Excellent service.

It is absolutely ridiculous asking for feedback when you haven’t even delivered the product yet. I was expecting it a full week ago. Your service is terrible
