I ordered a custom graphic kit for my motorbike, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.

The operator made a lot of mistakes, mainly due to language barriers. I believe they are based in Ukraine, and communication in English was very difficult. It took many emails before they finally understood what I wanted.

When my order arrived, one of the parts was missing—the fork cover. I contacted customer service and even sent a photo of the box showing that the fork cover was not included. Instead of taking responsibility, they suggested that my dog might have eaten it… even though I don’t have a dog.

Overall, I am very disappointed with both the communication and the customer service. I cannot recommend this company.

I highly recommend Winner’s Ink Graphics! Their graphics fit the bike panels extremely well. The quality is top notch and they look fantastic. The kit totally transformed the look of my bike, changing it from a very nice but common appearing machine to a really unique eye catcher. It looks so good now that I wouldn’t be surprised if I gained an extra 2.5 horsepower! Well, at least in looks anyway. In addition to the quality graphics, I give them high marks for communication, from receipt of order, design confirmation, shipping to follow up. Very nice and professional people to work with. Quality product and great customer service make for a winning combination!

Communication with company is great. We designed my graphics kit together and it turned out to be awesome!
I write this review after nearly 2 years of intensive off-road usage - it still looks awesome. It’s durable and the glue still sticks perfectly. 100% would recommend

They forgot to print my order. As a way of compensation I got offered another sticker .I just purchased a full set. What good is a duplicate ? Over 1 months start to finish to get delivered. I appreciate the quality but service is terrible. Not fitted yet so im hoping that goes better than the service.

You responded to my queries yes I agree. Over all the service was poor regarding production delays. If I hadn't contacted to ask what was happening the order most probably not have been printed.

Don't worry about it. All water under the bridge

There communication was good. From a USA purchaser, once order placed, it was shipped within 3 weeks, received one week later. From first time applying 20mil kit, did have some air pockets that I could not prevent, but the cut was well done to fenders. My advise, less heat the better. Overall love the graphics, feels thick and sturdy, hoping it will last. I do have a few edges that struggle to stick Is my only complaint. Overall happy with purchase, will order again, 7/10 overall.

Ordered thickest graphic kit and was able to apply myself, it required some precision and patience but I made it.

I‘m on my second set of W-Ink decals an a Yamaha T7.
Not that anything wasn‘t great with the first one, i just made the wrong decision with an other manufacturer of decals in the between.

So i‘m more than happy to share my experience with W-ink.
High Quality Decals that are easy to install hold up well and also are easy to get off again, if needed, without much residue.
Near instant responding support also with design changes of any kind.
The decals were manufactured in the communicated timeframe and shipped immediately after.
What would you want more from a comany making moto decals?

Ich habe bei dem Unternehmen vor ca 1 Jahr Sticker für mein Motorrad bestellt und es verlief alles wunderbar. Beim Design wurden alle meine Wünsche schnell und vor allem sehr schön umgesetzt. Lieferzeit war ein paar Tage schneller als angegeben, eine freudige Überraschung. Die Sticker sind sehr passgenau, da gab es gar keine Probleme. Nach ca 6tkm sehen diese auch noch aus wie neu. Bin wirklich hochzufrieden und werde auch für meine anderen Motorräder Sticker bei W-INK bestellen.
