DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I am still waiting for a harness to arrive 15 days later! still says processing! This store is not UK based like it states, it is all from CHINA! there is no way orders would take this long to arrive if it was in the UK 🙄 If you want a strong reliable harness id recommend buying from Julius K9, the harnesses are amazing & last a long time! which i used on a dogue de bordeaux.

Not Aussie made, came from overseas. Arrived mid Feb 2024. The ring on the back stained the material within three weeks. The strap keeper snapped off. The clasp doing the chest strap up comes undone regularly. It is a cheap clasp that doesn't have a centre guide so as the dog moves around the clasp twists and pops open.
The velcrose name strip is OK and I will reuse it on a different brand harness.

The harness was not fit for purpose. Within a month it had broken and this is only on a small border collie, not a big dog. I sent an email complaint and did not even receive an acknowledgement

I order two raincoats for my dogs but one was too small even though I measured my dogs as advised and ordered the recommended size. I emailed customer services and was advised to send back the coat that was too small and they would exchange it for the larger size. I sent it recorded delivery which cost £8.65 and it was received and signed for by Waggy Tails the next day. I have emailed Waggy Tails on a number of occasions asking for an update but no-one ever replies. So I am down for the original cost of the jacket and the money it cost for sending the coat back to them. I am really unhappy with the service and will not be recommending or ordering from this company again.

Goods,are of excellent quality and at a very reasonable price. Delivery is within a quick time frame. Have used waggytails previously and never any complaints.

I felt the dog harness was not as good quality as described and was bigger than expected

They wanted my dog as model and gave me a code to order some merchandise for free in return I would have needed to deliver some pics, tag, the usual bla bla.

The delivery costs were on me though and I was hesitant at first but they gave me a very nice long reply. The social media manager was extremely responsive the first days until I made my order 2 months ago and since then complete silence. I have never gotten a delivery (for which i paid a us-europe delivery fee), i wrote several messages and have been ghosted ever since. The 20$ delivery costs seem lost and i guess reading all the reviews below, this is how the company currently raises funds to survive ...

I did the same mistake and, did not do my research about this company.
I suspected a scam but, gave it a try. Unfortunately, it seems like a scam.. Sad, my dog 🐕 would have been great as a model!!

So disappointed had a faulty harness and was promised a replacement it’s not arrived order 220729

Iv ordered before from here and loved it,BUT I received my harnesses and they never had the waggy tail logo on them so they clearly buy cheap and sell for triple the price. Got told some miss being labeled but funny how both mine did. The ones I got sent are like the ones you can buy anywhere for £8.
Avoid at all costs unless you want scammed

Slow delivery and dispatch times. Customer service is atrocious. Sent a return item (paid first class delivery myself) for an exchange and it took over 10 emails and nearly 2 months to be sent my exchanged item. Company only sent me my order when I told them I will be contacting trading standards. This company will take your money and not give you your product, definitely avoid. The products are also bad quality and break easy.

Huge disappointment with the harness and absolutely no customer service! I ordered a harness according to the size guide. It arrived almost a month after date of purchase. I have asked for a refund and information on how to return this poor quality harness. Their customer service is non existent! I personally wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Waggytails!

I ordered a padded jacket for my dog which I received but was too small so I returned and bought a larger size.
The new jacket has a harness fitted but it doesn’t go right underneath the dog’s chest so it relies on stitching- which I am not happy with.
I am still waiting for a refund for my returned jacket, despite 2 emails to them.
I will however be taking this matter further.

I ordered a large harness and a large coat , the harness is slightly big but can be altered . However the coat is too small. It arrived minutes before the dustman called after 2 weeks, due to Xmas break , all packaging went to the bin man. All I want is a return label ,as yet 7 days later no label . In the mean time my boy needs a coat. Please advise how to get Waggy Tails to respond

I bought a lovely harness for my other dog as I was so pleased with the 1 I purchased previously. I also replaced the original one as it lasted about 2 years I think the harness are great value for money and are lovely hard wearing. I love the colours available. I'm also waiting for my pup to grow to full size before I get her 1 too . The fit is really good too.i have tried other harnesses but I wasn't happy with them . I highly recommend waggytails harnesses .

The zip broke after 1, thats 1, use. The company arent interested in guaranteeing their product for longer than 30 days!! Never heard of such a ridiculous time limit and Ive been told tough luck. Will obvs never buy from again and I suggest you dont either.

Sadly I bought a matching lead for the great harness but after lots of attempts have given up. Wouldn’t recommend the lead

Bought a dog coat for my labradoodle...used ONCE zip broke on unfastening, zip teeth fell out -unfixable..poor product and they will not exchange as I've had longer than 1 month!! Some guarantee that...will obviously not buy from again, I suggest you dont either

SCAM!
Ordered dental cleaning toy on 1 December.
Still not arrived. No updates or tracking information and NOT replying to my emails. AVOID!!!!!

Please AVOID This Chinese company.
The goods displayed on their website are NOTHING like the actual goods that arrive.
The dog harness is completely unsafe!!!! I gave the harness a little pull prior to using thankfully and it pulled apart and broke. My 2 x dogs could have been killed using these!!! They advertise on their website that they are in St Pauls in london but don't be fooled guys they are from CHINA. I spent £ 118.00 and the products went straight where they belong " IN THE BIN" I have instructed my bank to do a chargeback
