The product is of low quality, the size listed on chat are inaccurate, and lastly I am of the opinion that the organization is fraud. The website stated one can return items with full refund if you no longer want item and not worn or size issue that was a lie! They make you pay out of pocket to mail the item to them, they stall to respond to complaint emails to they can say you pass deadlines of returns, and lastly you can get the same item from different companies for as low as $23 while they are charging $75. My two cents DO NOT BY NOTHING FROM THESE THIEVES.

I ordered 2 x waist trainer with bra, so that I could wear them alternatively. However, less than 4 months later the metal bone pins started coming out. I contacted customer services and received this response Please note that damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving to be eligible for a replacement. Since this timeframe has passed, we unfortunately cannot replace the item.

I would sugguest we buy from Temu or Shein because at least there you get what you pay for.

I ordered a waist trainer with bra, was not sent email of order number or tracking. I contacted customer service an wow, took 24 hrs for a response. An when I explained what happened, was told they look into it. Nothing, so I contacted again, got asked the same question about order number. Since then nothing, I filed a dispute to get my money back(80 bucks) we'll see if that happens.

Waistora is s scam. I requested for a refund because sizing was way off. It took them a while every time before they got back to me with a response. After I finally sent back the item, the refund was never issued back to me. I also got ghosted ! This company is not legit, products are extremely tight. I got the Large and it looked like a small. There was no way a person wearing Large could fit in it. A total waste of time and money ! I still want my money back!!!!

A whole bunch of useless runaround emails until they stopped responding. It’s rubbish quality didn’t get the job done. I asked for a refund. They told me that I needed to send, before and after photos, according to their returns policy. I did. Then they said that I needed to send it wearing the waist trainer. I said that detail was not specified in their policy and had to educate them on their own policy. I threatened to take legal action against them and to write a bad review. Never heard from them again. WASTED money and effort.

If there was a -star I would leave it , they do not deserve even a single star . This brand sold me a damaged waist trainer ,and also an incomplete package or should I say missing package .I complained to them , they offered to send a new one,but I told them I no longer need it because the person I bought it for travelled back . So they advised I should return back the item when it gets to me which I did as soon as I received the replaced item , I quickly shipped it off to the mail and within 7 days to 10 days it got to them . I didn’t even mention the whole wait time before I received my products from waistora . It’s been over a month , almost 2 months now that I sent a return and I have been asking for a refund and the keep tossing me around . I had to dispute the price to the bank and I’m waiting to get my refund . Zero customer support, zero empathy , and zero services they care less about.

This is a warning ⚠️. READ ALL THE PRINT BEFORE ORDERING! Ordered two, the one with and one without the bra, in mid December, received late December. I am allergic to the fabric, so I reached out via email on more than 10 occasions, asking for a refund, for a product that was never used, only opened. Contacted company and it took weeks before they responded. I was told to send back and email them the receipt with the tracking number, and I did. I also asked them to cancel the other order, because of my allergic reaction to the fabric. They said, the second order had been shipped. They advised they would help me with a refund and reverse charges for the first order, but would upholding their return policy, for the second which is: If you order the wrong size there is no refund. I didn’t order the wrong size, I’m allergic to the material. I purchased another one and it came used with dog hair and sweat marks on it, I HAVE THE PICTURES TO SHOW PROOF. I asked them could I trade it in for a larger size (XL) to give to me niece for her birthday? That’s coming soon, haven’t received any response yet. All of my friends and family were waiting for me to get it first, before the tried it. Let’s just say, 127 out of the 129 people (that was going to try it and watch my journey) is no longer interested due to what I have experienced. After my journey we all were going to start an accountability Wastoria club, to record our journey as a group. This company is piece of work, and operates in bad business. To date, I paid for an item I don’t have, and paid for an item that was contaminated, meaning used with someone else’s body fluids and dog hair all over it. You be the judge, order at your own risk.

I wish I read this before I buy it! Went for vacation and contacted them to replace the product cause it’s too small but it’s been a one week and still I get any response for them…they even said if you buy the first time you get a gift but you get nothing 🤣🤣

I ordered on December 26 and I still have not received shipping nor an order confirmation. The money was taken out of my card but my gosh I cannot believe how difficult it is to contact these people!!!!! 7 emails

If I could give less than O I would!! I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered mine. I received my order on November 25. I’ve worn the garment maybe a week and the “ metal“ clip snapped. It is now. December 12 and they told me the timeframe has passed, to return, but there’s a 30 day moneyback guarantee??? I think they’re counting on people not reading the reviews because they should be shut down. This is literal BS don’t buy.!! you will regret it and then they sent me a review. That was a mistake. I’ve wasted $75 plus.

I purchased their waist trainer and immediately tried it on. It fit and felt secure. No need to immediately return as I was going away for a week. Finally started their 30-day guarantee but noticed the straps would unhook after an hour wearing. At first I thought it was me. It happened the 2nd wearing it so I contacted customer service who said it could be fixed by adjusting the straps. I was to then take photos and submit for proper instructions. There was no visible way this could be fixed, but I followed their instructions. Upon receiving my photos, I was told (still have the emails!) that since it’s outside of the 7-day window, I cannot submit a replacement claim. Their faulty product, made by them, and they won’t replace it. But if I wanted another one, I could get one at 50% off the original price! Let me get this straight, you refuse to give me a refund on the one I purchased. You refuse to replace the faulty one I received, but yet you want me to spend MORE money on another one??!! And of course despite calling out their claim of repair several times, they of course never mentioned “fixing” again.

Ladies—BEWARE!

The company took over a month to ship my order. It arrived 8 weeks after I ordered it. It is too small. I did not see the fine-print before ordering = No returns accepted for size reasons, otherwise I would not have bought it. The free items they offered, including the $$ gift card, was false advertising. They sent two times my order instead. 30-day guarantee but they disable your page so you can't do returns. I'm stuck with 2 waist trainers that I can't use after spending $75 + tax. Company sucks and lies - bad business to deal with. Sorry I believed the hype. Product probably does NOT work, after all the company can't be trusted. Company need sto change their business practices. My recommendation - Don't buy it! Don't believe the hype! Don't get involved!

This website has no phone contract, no complaint option available, 1 start review do not show, the customer support by email is a clown. There is no Gift card £30 including as they offered. Highly avoid this website

If I could give 0 star I would. I feel completely scammed. Toning cream is not what I purchased and the sizes on their site was wrong. Also, I feel like there are knockoff websites so be careful guys. Kmt

Purchased a Waistora waist trainer. It arrived quickly. However after only 2 wears the strap broke. For the money i thought it would ladt alot longer. Contacted customer service with photos for a replacement - never heard anything back. Don't waste your money. Shop elsewhere!

Bad customer service. Never received the item, paid extra shipping cost and still has not received the item for 1 month. Customer service totally a waste no help at all. I request a refund and they have not response for 1 week already. Do not buy from waistora. They are scam. Now I lost my money and not receiving anything.

If I could I would have defo given 0 star. The fabric is awful, the website measurements are not correct and the customer service is below 0. I wanted to return the waist trainer because the website measurements are not correct, it took them 2 weeks for them to respond how to return it. They asked me to pay for the return of my unused waistrainer and now they have received it 10 days ago I keep sending email to chase my refund but no response no way. SCAMMERS...
