The measurements are off. She could use a size smaller in both the front harness and the back. This was a big disappointment for us. I would have returned it

Live person on the phone to help.

Extremely responsive and helpful. Quick to make corrections and wonderful to work with.

Nice quad wheelchair. Need better instructions

Samantha in customer service was excellent! She helped me get a piece to repair my walkin' chair when it was damaged. I so appreciated her patience and follow through. I would recommend the wheel chair and the company to everyone! Thank you!

It was easy to identify the replacement part and order the size. A bit expensive but this wheelchair is extending my dogs life experience. I’m grateful to have this option and know parts are easy to order.

Walkinpets provided a very well designed Dog Wheelchair for our large dog. They were helpful with our questions and responsive with the delivery. The video's and user information is well presented. Thank you.

Unfortunately the products I have ordered from Walkin pets are cheaply made and fall apart very quickly.
They charge too much for their cheap products.

Great chair! Adjusting to it is normal! Incredibly thankful for the chair!

Walkin pets is always so helpful! Thank you!

I can't say enough about this product. It is very well constructed, maneuvers easily, and goes over just about any terrain. It is super easy to put together and adjust as needed. It fits your dog snugly, yet gives them the freedom to move forwards, backwards, or do a complete 360. The company truly cares about your dog's mobility and general well-being. They will help you in any way they can to ensure your dog's comfort on their new journey. I highly recommend the
Walkin Wheels wheelchair from Walkinpets. If you are in need of one, this is definitely the one to get!

Quick delivery and fits perfectly

Can't recommend Walkin Pets enough. I'm confident that my 15 year old dog would not still be here if it weren't for the wheelchair. It's the only time he has autonomy, as he isn't mobile without them.

The customer service is top notch--I'm so grateful. Thanks for making such a huge difference for my dog.

Fast reliable shipping. Great products. Customer service always the best.

Great Custer service. Exceptional!

Helped my dog learn to walk again. I’m very happy🐕

My dog tore both his ACLs. He was able to walk with just the rear wheels for the first year.
I purchased the front wheels I should have got them sooner now he's not really into it. But the front wheels really help me because once you get them in there he just hangs around. Instead of falling around.
He was really doing good. Just getting too old.

Our German Shepherd Dog has DM. This sling lets us pick up is back end and allows him to move around the house. It also helps us get him up stairs.

I will say this Wheelchair has been awesome for our newly disabled 100lb rottweiler! She lost the sensation in her rear legs and was losing all hope. It was so hard to get her up without hurting her to go to the bathroom and to eat. The doctors told us we had to make a decision, because she was declining so fast. We got her this chair and now she has so much more life! She gets super excited when the chair comes out, because she knows she's going to get moving! It gave her hope again and we see such a different in the couple of weeks having her use it! Thank you so much Walkin Pets for helping with this trying process!

The customer service was incredible. The order process was easy but there were parts out of stock and then we had a missing part. Mistakes happen but it is how you deal with them and these guys really were great - quick to respond and amazing follow through. And my dog is now walking happily! thank you
