I bought a dress for my sister’s wedding in size Medium. The seller confirmed that it was “Medium,” and before shipping, they only showed a front photo, which was completely misleading.

The moment I opened the box, four pieces fell off the dress immediately. The quality is beyond terrible — everything is attached with the cheapest, lowest-quality materials.

When I tried it on, it was insanely tight. I literally couldn’t breathe or move. I am a true Medium, and this is NOT a Medium by any standard. On top of that, the dress looks NOTHING like the photo. The images are clearly edited to deceive customers.

I contacted them explaining all these issues, and instead of taking responsibility or offering any solution, they were rude, unprofessional, and completely useless.

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience ever. How in the world do you charge $1890for something that doesn’t even fit and falls apart? And on top of that, I’m not even able to return it.

This is 100% a scam company.

I couldn’t be happier with my wedding dress experience! The timing was absolutely perfect. I received my custom dress in just three weeks. It fit like a dream, truly tailored to my body down to every detail. The craftsmanship was incredible.
Communication throughout the entire process was amazing. Olta was always quick to respond, super helpful, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. I felt supported every step of the way.

The details were deplorable-I could see the plastic ties that were holding the piece together. The fabric was cheap and pieces were constantly falling from it. In the middle of the night, the corset plastic cut through the material and poked me all night-felt like a safety pin. I paid about $1,800 and I can not re-wear this dress which is absolutely crazy. I would expect this from someone copying their design. Details are super important when spending that kind of money and the video they sent prior to shipping didn't show the horrible detail work which they tried to blame on shipping. The hem was also crooked at the bottom of my dress. They offered a 10% discount on a future order. I wish I had sent the designs to a local seamstress to pay one third of the price I paid Walone. It wasn't worth it in the end.

The dress is beautiful and looked exactly like the site photos. It is a little
Big around the collar and a lil too tight for the glutes. I would say the dress itself runs a little small but the neck pat runs big!

Customer service support is amazing the way they handle everything + the design I ordered is always perfect and when it comes to creativity of how I want some details to be the make sure that they do it for me really exceptional work I love them and love working with them also on any events I have Thank you Walone 🥺❤️

I ordered a red corseted dress from Walone and honestly couldn’t be happier. The dress itself was absolutely stunning — the fit was perfect and the quality was incredible. I received so many compliments all night, with people constantly asking where it was from and telling me how amazing it looked.

I also have to mention Arlinda, the designer, who was beyond patient and supportive throughout the whole process. I’ll admit I wasn’t the easiest client at times, but she was kind, understanding, and really took the time to make sure everything was exactly right. That level of care really shows in the final result.

Super quick delivery even on pre order it

Disappointed. I sent my measurements and the dress did not fit accordingly. Many of the jewels were missing. The zipper did not zip down. The tail was excessively long. The boob area was way too wide even when the corset was tightened. Spending this much on a dress has been a huge regret.

Super mooie jurken heeft Walone, maar Arlinda is echt een hele slecht verkoopmedewerkster en liegt ook veel en levert slechte jurken af. Kijk uit als je bij haar terecht komt. Ik heb ruim €6000 aan jurken besteld voor zakelijk gebruik, Walone houd zich niet aan afspraken en levertijd. je krijgt alles altijd veel te laat bezorgd. ik kreeg vieze kapotte jurken. ik heb jurken op maken laten maken die niet opmaat zijn gemaakt, maar uit de showroom uit de rek is gehaald en zij hebben de jurk op maat versteld.
de jurken waren vies, kapot, verkleurd, geschuurd aan de binnenkant en heel veel kralen vallen van de jurken. Wat was de oplossing van Walone? korting bij de volgende bestelling. zij weten net wat service is en kwaliteit leveren het enige waar zij aan denken is verkopen.
mailen over klachten worden niet beantwoord en bellen lukt ook niet, je moet alles via whatsapp doen!

Gem stones falling off on arrival had to glue them myself and try repair what I could had some fall off while wearing too which wasnt great considering the price
