Bought my first Wandrd Pvke in 2019 and just love it so much! The bagpack is fully customisable and fits all of my gear easily. It looks great, feels great and I’m just so happy to have invested in this. When some zippers failed I filled out a warranty claim and it got replaced super fast and easy. I will always buy a Wandrd camera bag!

This is the best customer service I've experienced with photography gear! There was a stitching problem on a backpack I bought 4 years ago (the gear has been awesome otherwise), and after processing my warranty claim I was offered a full replacement within 24 hours. Thank you so much!

I had a zip problem with my PRVKE 31 1st generation, which I use every day and which also follows me on a trip. I explained my situation to the WANDRD team and they kindly accepted the lifetime warranty on this product. I bought the Prvke bag (oct 2020) and the Transit Travel Backpack (Juli 2024) both work perfect for me. Last month I had a problem with 2 Zippers of the biggest compartment of the Prvke bag.
I sent a claim and it was fully covered by the lifetime Warranty.
I got a complete new Prvke bag. Perfect!

I had an issue with the side zip on my bag bought 6 years ago. Thank to the life garantee, they give me a promo code to order the same bag without paying anything except the transport.

Very good customer relations and guarantee. Wandrd just gave me a voucher to replace my PRVKE photo bag because the zipper broke after 6 years of use. I thank the whole team and I am very satisfied with this product which accompanies me all the time in my reporting and my travels. I recommend Wandrd 100%.

Great and very fast (1h!) claim department. Sadly a outside zipper got broke - they replaced the whole bag even after 6 years. The "Wander more worry less" program is here not only a claim, they take it seriously. Thanks a lot @WANDRD.

I haven’t received the product yet, but the experience so far shows me that the company doesn’t really care about the customers, just about selling the products.
I ordered a new years gift and made sure to check estimated delivery which was set for Dec 30. The website also says items ship within 1-3 days.
When I haven’t gotten a shipment confirmation after 3 days I reached out to customer support, which are very polite but kind useless cuz they themselves wrote to me that they emailed the concerned department but haven’t heard back.
Result - my item shipped a week later and is now late.

Frankly, don’t care about the bags any more.

I love my backpack since 2019. Initially I bought it for an internal trip through Europe and now I've been using it to travel around the world for various business trips. It's the perfect addition to my carry on suitcase because i can easily attach it to the suitcase.

Two aspects compelled me to write this review.

First, the bag - specifically, the PRVKE backpack. It has been my go-to travel companion for 6 years and has protected my camera gear from the sands of the deserts in Dubai, to the deep snow in Northern Norway. Additionally, with all the gear that I am carrying (typically 3 camera lenses, a camera body, a tripod; together with the essentials for the day such as a water bottle, a jacket, sunglasses, an iPad, and at times even a gaming laptop) the bag can get really heavy. However, by some Wandrd design magic, the bag feels as light as any backpack when it is on my back. The ability to directly access my camera without ever needing to set my bag down has been a lifesaver on multiple occasions as well.

Second, Wandrd's commitment to its LIFETIME warranty clause. As much as I loved the bag, I found a tear at the seams of the shoulder straps one day. (Do note that even though this was quite a catastrophic tear, the overall construction of the bag, namely the heavy-duty stitches in multiple areas, allowed the bag to maintain its overall integrity and continue protecting my gear until my trip ended). I reached out to the wonderful team at Wandrd regarding the defect and they promptly replied within the day, informing me that my warranty claim was successful - on a bag that was more than 6 years old! If that isn't a testament of their commitment to their mission and customers, I don't know what is.

Wandrd has definitely gained a loyal customer in me, and I felt that more people need to know about and support this amazing company.

Out of all the bags I own from various brands, this one broke surprisingly fast. I was drawn in by their 'lifetime warranty' marketing, thinking that if they emphasize it so much, their bags must be incredibly durable. That was the main reason I bought it. I was completely shocked at how quickly it failed. To make matters worse, the company doesn’t actually replace the bag—the lifetime warranty is just a marketing ploy.
