I love the robe. It's so soft and warm.

Product I purchased of excellent quality. However, in this particular case, there was a design difference between the picture advertised and the product received. I was obviously not happy with that but customer service took excellent care of my case offering a full refund. Therefore, despite unhappy with this particular purchasing experience, they deserve a 5 stars for the way they handled this case. Based on my experience, I would definitely take my chances to buy something else I might be interested from them. Thanks!

I failed miserably to read the details of the product description. Although, it was my doing they kindly refunded me the entire amount. Very understanding and cooperative.

I purchased a car seat cushion with a BMW logo on it for my wife's car. After using the cushion about ten times 1/2 of the logo pealed off. I have emailed customer service several times but get no reply.
In other words, I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF.

I ordered the steering wheel cover for Toyota. I admit I had my doubts and after reading several reviews by others I felt.like maybe I made a mistake ordering from this company. HOWEVER it showed up within the time frame they quoted and the product was EXACTLY what I wanted. Great quality and fitment 👍

Do not order from this company. If you do give a month or so to receive it. Oh and don't bother with their customer service. Nice auto response. Then NOTHING horrible. Ordered a Christmas present for my parents I guess ordering in November wasn't early enough. NEVER again. Horrible

The steering wheel cover exceeded my expectations. I looked at hundreds of covers online but kept coming back to this one. Once it arrived, I never looked back. Comfortable, classy, stylish. Excellent!!

I ordered car seats. They look nothing like the picture and is actually missing the wording for the logo. I have tried to contact customer service 3 times and no one is responding at all.

So I ordered a product from their website. I never received an order confirmation or anything (except of course they rapidly took money off of my credit card so I knew the order went through) so I emailed them about a week later and said “hey I’m concerned because I never received a confirmation” and they emailed back stating that yes the order was on the way don’t worry about it.
That was three weeks ago and my recent emails once again stating how uncomfortable it made me to not get a confirmation (made me wonder if it was even a legit website) have gone unanswered. I instructed them to just forget about it and to refund my money. Which of course has not happened.

Their website makes me uneasy because of its simplicity (seems like a copy of a very basic web page template) but i just assumed it was legit.

I purchased the Subaru steering wheel cover. I am very pleased with it. Good solid construction, very nice look! Happy with my purchase.

I got back money but less than what i paid.

The steering wheel cover fits perfectly on my 2017 Subaru. It looks and feels great. It is an exceptional product and I am very happy with this purchase. Excellent workmanship!

Great quality, good service and prompt delivery.

The pants we ordered for my husband fit but are long and I didn't order long. The plates looked like they were supposed to not be plastic but they were.

I still have not received my order and I ordered it last month. I contacted wardrobetee. I got a automatic email saying they would contact me. I still haven’t gotten any answers or a email back from a representative to help me.
