I went to Warehouse Stationary Dunedin on tuesday 3rd May at 12.50. By the time I found what I was wanting to purchase and went to the counter I was the only customer in the shop. 3 staff behind the counter, 1 was printing photos 2 talking to each other and another staff member filling a shelf to the rear of the shop. I waited....looking over at the 2 chatting....looked over at the perso filling the shelf and thinking who is going to serve me. I know I was seen....I had eye contact fleetingly. I waited a wee bit longer....being patient....then decided that my custom was not wanted. I walked out. Im rather discusted....being a business owner and working in customer service myself, I would be very unhappy if any of my workers ignored customers to this extent.

Went to print off some documents. 10mins later realised they did not return my USB stick. They couldn't find it even though I printed documents 10mins ago. Counter staff called the girl who served me and she couldn't remember. I suspect she just threw it into the trash and couldn't be bothered with it. The shop was not busy and I dont believe she could not remember what she did with it. The USB stick is not expensive and easily replacable but it should be returned.
I found that staff to be uninterested and stroppy. One girl, Joyce, I've dealt with on previous occasions I've found to be particularly bad and quite honestly she needs to find another job.

Warehouse stationary Chartwell - bad service. Got my passport photo taken. Extremely poor service. They don’t even take the time to cut the photos when requested. Was asked to pay an extra 3 $ when I asked them to cut the photos to the actual size. Seriously!

Have bought office furniture a few times and the quality is below average. Veneer on office tables is paper thin. A piece of sellotape that got left on the bench basically ripped off the strip of veneer. Office Chairs are now worn through after two years of careful use. Poor product that is not cheap. Overall disappointed.

After being told over the phone my order was ready, got there and they weren’t! Was told they won’t be ready till the next day got there the following day to collect my photos which were the worst quality photos I’ve ever had printed. So guttered!!!!!!

Just been advised that my online order that I should've received between 2-4 working days now wont get to me until between 8-9 working days. Really not good enough! Will now have to purchase the item elsewhere then return the item for a refund when it eventually gets to me. No notices on their website at all on delays. I would've purchased elsewhere if I had known.

My family and I went here today and honestly best experience ever, The staff are super kind and helpful, They help us getting everything we needed for school. although most of the reviews are bad, I think it just depends on what one you go to. Thanks.

Over priced - AVOID where possible. They extract TOP dollar for minimum quality. That "Warehouse Stationary" name is misleading. You are NOT paying wholesale - something "warehouse" suggests.
Staff do their best but always seem a bit busy - there are often queues. The two stars is generous.

Warehouse Stationery Petone. Why do I keep going there? No printer at home is the answer - will buy one but not from them. Long queues with only one sour-faced person serving while other staff members stand around talking or planning their break time, or better still they approach you and tell you to where to stand in a line and then walk away! Just when you get to the front of the queue they often serve others who aren't even in line. No apologies, just rudeness, they don't even complete the sale before chatting with other staff or walking away, often leaving you to take your own receipt and go on your disappointed way. No smiles, no thanks, no "have a nice day" - just indifference. Consistently diabolical and lacking any customer service skills or focus - enter at your own risk.

I ordered some printers ink and a few other bits last Friday to click and collect, told I'd be sent an e-mail when ready. Inquired on live chat two days ago as no e-mail sent and was told they would check and get back to me. Nothing. Tried again yesterday and was told the order had been sent to Lincoln Road. Called Lincoln Road this morning and was told yes the order was there. Went to pick up this afternoon and waited for half an hour while they searched for the order, finally it was found behind the information desk!! Not a happy cappy.

Whilst most staff at the UH store are customer service focussed the female superviser is unpleasant to deal with, rude, unhelpful and really needs some customer service training, if shes having a bad day perhaps she should stay home.

Had a bad experience at the mount maunganui warehouse stationary, no one would help. Staff couldnt switch picture to jpg. Staff clearly did not know a lot about computer work. Staff should be younger, freindly and bubbly. As the younger generation grew up around computers. The staff avoided my problem. The maori lady was rude and sarcastic. The maori man just didnt know how to do the work he should have known. The old gentleman just avoided me full stop. Terrible customer service. Im not racist in anyway being a maori myself but its the only way i could describe the staff.

Useless business took my money a week ago for a multiple item order I placed, and have only gotten back to me after a week to say "all" my items were cancelled without any good reasons.

Now I cant even re-order the same things because they're not in stock anymore.

They were definitely in stock when I placed the order week ago.

The worst click and collect service in N.Z. The online system splits the delivery of your items into 3 packages automatically (one to your physical address and the rest to your initial desired store you choose to 'click & collect'). Emails are sent to say your parcel has arrived and you wait outside for a long time and staff don't have a clue where 2 parcels are. After being told it is not there you return from NZ Post to wait for 30 minutes and they try to blame it on NZ Post again. You show them NZ Post email that confirms its been dropped at Warehouse Stationery, and still continue to not know where your products are. Then a lady at the store calls you 4 hours later to tell me it is my fault that they have sent the items to the other warehouse and does not want to send me an email to outline her claims. Stupid system and unhelpful staff. You call their 0800 number and no one answers in 40 minutes. I should have ordered them from Office Max instead.

I used them many time, helpful customer service, I got once a damaged table and been easily to replace, and was fast response as well.

I purchased a HP Laptop from the store in Petone in March of 2019. When I purchased the computer I bought the extended warranty. DON'T ever buy the extended warranty it doesn't do what you think it will. I had problems from the binning. I returned and returned to the store and complained about it not working right. Nothing was ever done. Not even two years later the laptop would not turn on. I went back to the store again and the person I spoke to said o well it's broken. Never gave me any help. So needles to say I had to buy a new computer. Now remember it was not even two years old. I went back because I wanted to see if they could get my information and pictures off the computer. The person I talked to asked if I bought the warranty and I said yes. He said it would be free to be fixed. So I left the next thing I heard is it would cost me over $200 to have information and fix the computer. I said get me only the information they said it would cost $119 and I needed to buy a hard drive to have it put on. I said please don't fix I will come and pick up and now they say I need to pay $101 for an assessment fee. I feel like this is crazy. They need to explain to people the cost up front and don't sale extended warranty's they are not worth the price you pay for them. This problem is still on going.

Worst customer service in westgate store Auckland west, left went to noel lemmings and was in and out of there in 3 minutes job done .

Hire some people who want to actually want to work and feel interested ...........

Kishan at WS Albany raised his voice to me and was extremely rude. Totally unacceptable.

Clayton at WS in Owens Place, Mount Maunganui is great. Service with a smile and so helpful. He is my go to man for any stationery or office equipment that I require. He has great knowledge on printers etc. If he is not there on the day I go in, I will come back when he is. Nice to deal with a person who is never rushed and takes the time to listen to what is needed.
