Up dated review. I have just received my two badges, and am now happy. Date 10 December 2025 :)

I ordered a war horse poppy paying £9.99 for my nephew on 4th November in time for remembrance weekend. Not only didn’t it arrive, after copious emails and firm filling to the support line, no response. It is a very cruel scam and people should be held to account or st least investigated

I ordered the warhorse brooch on 2nd November. I immediately got an email confirming the order. I didn't receive the brooch and have sent two emails. They haven't the decency to reply. I paid for this with debit card. I know it's not a huge amount of money involved but it's the fact that these people are scamming using people's feelings towards this subject.

I ordered 2 badges one for the animals and 1 the horse badge on the 4 th Nov in total 20.00 I paid...IV still not received my order IV read other reviews that are saying the same if this is a scam it's disgusting it needs to be looked into

Edit: Having written previously that I thought this site was a scam site I need to advise everyone that I have indeed received my badge today (27 November). It is beautiful and just as advertised. I can confirm though that the company did not respond to my message querying where the order was as it was way outside the advertised delivery date so communication is really bad and clearly their timeframes are not accurate. Hopefully this means that others will also receive their item(s) in due course. This was my original post :Like other posters I believe this is a scam. I ordered a badge on the 6 November and other than an email confirmation haven't heard a thing since notwithstanding the 1-3 days dispatch and 3-5 days delivery claim.

Ordered 3 badges 3 November, not received. Sent 2 emails no reply.

Also ordered a badge after seeing it on Facebook. You get an email with an order ‘confirmation’ and it says you will be updated as soon as the item has been dispatched. A week later I’ve had nothing. Contacted them by email and no response. Also believe this is a scam so have raised a dispute through PayPal.

I think they're a scam. I ordered more than 2 weeks ago and have not received my order. I emailed them via the contact form on the site, but did not get an answer. I emailed them; no answer. Conveniently, there is no phone number to get in touch with them. Don't order one of these badges, they don't send them.
