Pretty sure this isn’t a real company. Theres no registration for them. The photos of the “founders” are stock photos from Pinterest. You can buy the same stuff on amazon for a fraction of the cost.
I love Warmnest pearled candles…
I love Warmnest pearled candles so much that I became a wholesaler for Canada and that’s where it became troublesome. I love the new way to candles that lets out your imagination.
For the pearls I give 5 stars.
So I ordered on the 28th of novembre and received my last two parcels on december 9th.
When you order as a customer and you buy a small order, your order is very neetly packed. So you receive your order in one piece so 5 stars there too!
When you order big and they have to fly your packages that’s where the troubles start.
First, they have to shipped in smaller packages
Second, at the airport your packages are not shipped all at the same time
Thirdly, they are not kind with our packages
Fourthly, they are shipped and arrive somewhere in Canada and have to go under customs, that’s long 😤
Fifthly, UBI SMART PARCELS pick them up and start processing, but you see even if Warmnest gives them tracking # they don’t wait to ship all your parcels together no so they send you an email with a date that gives you and approximated date you’ll receive your parcels but then they you receive an email to track your parcel that was supposedly be delivered 5 days ago and they arrive a week to two weeks later prior to the date they gave you.
Six, half of the packages are so damaged that you want to cry or they lost them.
I love emailing Laura, she’s nice and wants to help and I understand that she has to follow the rules but even if she sends back everything that was lost or damaged it’s still another 3 weeks of waiting at the most.
When you buy extra cotton wicks, they are simply put in the packages for filling in the hole and when they arrive, the boxes are opened, or broken and wicks are everywhere in the parcel. They have to be better packed because when the wicks boxes arrive and they are torned, I have to scotch taped them and count the wicks one by one to make certain they are all there. When you receive 10 boxes of wicks it’s not that big of a deal but still takes up your time.
For the pearls when they are every where in the parcel it’s something else so when it’s delivered overseas, the packaging should be a lot tougher because courier’s employees are not all tender 🤷🏼♀️.
The other thing about the pearls is that and the containers are about the same colour as what’s inside, they’re covered in dusty soot, so don’t touch them because your fingers become that colour and you have to wash your your hands a couple of times. I’m having problems with some of the black and some of the dark red. The other problem here is they don’t burn right. Instead of just a little circule of melted wax the surface is all covered up and sticks like glue or there is just a very little flame that you almost not see and no the cotton wick heights is where it should.
Here UBI SMART PARCELS is a partner for Canada Post. It has been the third time that I order and every time something goes wrong.
So Warmnest has to find a way to send me my items, so they’re thinking of Cargo the next time hope that goes well.
The customer service is a bit slow, when they answer they help you.

Absolute scam, do not buy this product its from Yanwen China, the wax is blue and smells of chemicals. I’m sure it’s not safe to burn!!!

They don’t deliver
Like many others, my order tracking says ‘failed delivery’, but other than that zero info on where it is, no re-delivery options, no next steps.
I didn’t get contacted by the company so I reached out to them, twice, and no response.
Ordered in mid-November, now not sure if I’ll get this present for my mother in time for Christmas. Buy elsewhere.

Horrible experience and customer service! I used exactly as directed and the "wax pearls" clumped together and it was unusable after just a few hours! After repeated messages with customer service, they insisted I didn't follow directions even though I provided photos and video of the problem. They claim "30-day money back guarantee" but then say actually it's 14 days and only if it's unopened, unused, and/or damaged from shipping! Wait, so I used it as directed and it doesn't work, I wasted $60 for nothing!! Horrible!

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered on October 13th and when I received the confirmation it was different than my order! I contacted them within 2 minutes of placing. Did not hear until 27 hours later, but too late to change as package had been dispatched. 35 emails later, on November 25th, it is still waiting to be collected. I have requested a full refund several times, but although they are friendly, they will not do so. Have now raised the support of American Express. It's not Laura who responds, but a Chinese dropshipper. Do NOT waste your money, this is a SCAM.

cancelling, i hope, my order. it has never arrived and customer service has stopped responding. said first order was on the way; then warehouse was vandalized and order was delayed; then said order on the way will arrive very soon (????); tracking number they provided, without a hot link, appears to be USPS but not tracking available for the number provided to me in email. all seems quite a scam.
Worst online company I have ever encountered
This is without doubt the WORST online shopping experience I’ve ever had. First they emailed me saying they had cancelled my original order due to a “small delivery error“. Then they sent a replacement but their courier (“Relay”) lost it. Nobody responded to my emails until weeks later when they sent me a form to sign confirming that the items had never been delivered. Two and a half weeks later and they still haven’t arrived, and nobody is responding to my emails!
You can’t phone them, just send emails that remain unanswered.
Beyond terrible customer service from Warmnest and their courier, Relay.
Avoid at all costs!
Don’t even deserve the one star
I can’t review the actual product as it never arrived. My package was returned to sender which I informed Warmnest of immediately. Over 60 emails later, containing screenshots and excerpts of emails from the courier, I apparently have not provided sufficient proof for a refund. Looking at other reviews here it seems I’m not alone, this is not a company I would ever trust. The 5 star reviews seem a bit fake and flowery, probably a bot or friends of the company. Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this absolute scam.
Do Not Waste Your Money! Scam!
Some of the items that I purchased arrived either damaged or unfinished. The wooden bowl that I ordered was not sanded and chips from a wood work tool where seen througout the centre. I also purchased a wax skull container that arrived smashed. Tried to contact them several times without a response. This company is a scam.
Very Disappointing Experience!
I ordered from Warmnest because their ads looked beautiful and their “natural candle” claims sounded convincing. I spent over £200 on candles as gifts, expecting something premium and eco-friendly. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.
First, the delivery took over three weeks, which I had been warned about, so I waited patiently. They did include a “free oil” as compensation — not one of my choosing, just something they picked — but that was the only small positive.
When the order finally arrived, items were missing. I immediately contacted them, sent multiple emails and photos over the course of another three weeks, and was repeatedly told to “check the packaging again,” as if I hadn’t already done that. They refused to send replacements for what never arrived and have been unhelpful and dismissive throughout the entire exchange. I’ve now asked for a refund and will never order from them again.
As for the candles themselves — they’re mediocre at best. Despite the marketing, they are not fully natural as claimed. The company admits that some fragrances are synthetic and even use palm oil, which completely undermines their eco-friendly image.
Between the poor customer service, misleading “natural” branding, and underwhelming product quality, I cannot recommend Warmnest to anyone. It’s been a waste of time, money, and patience.
Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering, and funnily enough, all the 5 star reviews look very much like sent by bots or are fake as they seem to be from people who give 5 stars to everyone. This is a very unreliable web-site.

After two burns the pearls have become an amorphous glob of hard wax. You don't pull out the wick with a tiny element of wax attached like in the marketing bumpf unless the candle only burned for 2 minutes. After two uses already half the pearls are tied up in the blob of hard wax.
Having reversed the wicks for the second use as instructed, they burned for only a couple of hours.
Also the "essential oils" add no fragrance to the room.
There is nothing French about this company. The "two sisters" are stock photos who don't appear on their own Instagram channel.
Better off buying the pearls for less than a tenner off Amazon, or use Temu if you don't care that they're shipping cheap product from China.

I didn’t receive the complete order initially, or even the correct items.
I asked for a return and was refused, I have spent 6 months going back and forth with them trying to return but they insist on getting the order complete before hand. I have now received 3 packages and as yet I still have not obtained my full order.
I have been offered a free returns label several times and then told that they don’t offer free returns, and they keep sending things to me to try and get the order complete after me specifically requesting that I don’t want anything else to be sent. I’m exhausted with all the correspondence which seems inconsistent from their end, every time I speak to someone it feels like a new person who is not familiar with the issues I have experienced to date. I recommend they be avoided to save frustration and energy!
