I have home care boiler cover with Warmzilla. They have been awful. I have had a problem with my boiler for over 6 weeks now and it’s still not fixed.
It takes days for the company to reply to my emergency breakdown requests and then days more to get an engineer out. I waited 2 wees for 1 engineer.
In the mean time I’m paying a fortune in bills because my boiler won’t turn the heating off!
I’ve finally had an engineer identify the problem but have been waiting a week to hear from Warmzilla about getting the problem fixed now we know what the problem is.
Terrible service. Won’t be renewing my contract

Easy to use website, great communication, didnt hassle me with a sale, I chose the next working day for installation. Engineer was professional, friendly and all installed within half a day! cant fault warmzilla on any part of the process

Simple, efficient process from start to finish. Placed the order online, submitted photos of my property & boiler was fitted 4 days later. I was kept informed at all stages. The fitter turned up on time, did a good job, tidied up & took away the old boiler & all other rubbish from the job. Would highly recommend WarmZilla.

I am extremely disappointed with the radiator installation carried out by WarmZilla in my living room. The quality of the work was far below what any homeowner would reasonably expect from a professional heating company.
The installation was left in a very poor and unfinished condition. The pipework was exposed and poorly aligned, the wall around the radiator was left damaged, and the overall finish looked careless and unprofessional. Instead of a clean installation that blends into the room, it looked as though the work had been abandoned halfway through, making the radiator area look messy and poorly executed. Seeing this every day in the main living space of my home was extremely upsetting.
What made the experience even worse was the long and stressful process of trying to get WarmZilla to resolve the issue. I spent over one and a half months raising complaints and communicating with them repeatedly. Despite the significant amount of time, emails, and effort involved, the problem was never properly resolved. Throughout this period, I felt there was no genuine intention to correct the poor workmanship.
In the end, I had no option but to hire an independent professional heating engineer to correct the installation. The engineer had to reinstall the radiator to a proper professional standard and repair the damage left behind. He also managed to hide the pipework and leave the installation looking neat and properly finished.
This resulted in significant additional costs that I should never have had to pay, as well as a prolonged period of stress dealing with the situation.
This experience caused unnecessary financial loss and a great deal of stress, negatively affecting my daily life. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others think very carefully before using this company. The installation left in my home and the lack of resolution afterwards were extremely disappointing.

Absolutely 5 star professional service. Arrived as planned - Rob was lovely, quick and efficiently fit with no mess. Couldn’t ask for better. Cost may be little more but it was worth every penny. Excellent throughout.

excellent for communication, delivery, installation and after service of my boiler replacement. Amy and Josh were very good and helpful responding very quickly to my questions. good warranty provided on Ideal boiler.

Needed a new boiler soon as, as mine was done and l had no hot water or heating. WarmZilla got me sorted within 24 hours as promised. Everything arrived when they said it would including the engineer. Glad to have heating and hot water back, all l have to do now is work out how to set it properly to my needs.

Had boiler installed , trying to book 3 service to keep Warranty up to date. Been trying since November and not getting any respinse. Chat bot doesnt work. Loads of emails sent to Ask Warmzilla. Nothing. Paying £13.99 a month to include free service. Shocking service.

Got a fantastic deal on Warmizlla for my Viessmann setup, and I couldn’t be happier. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The service, support, and aftercare were excellent, and the whole process felt professional and hassle-free. Really appreciate the effort from the team — highly recommended!

Warmzila were great when they fitted my new boiler. The problem I am having with them is that I took a boiler service and maintaience contract with them over £170 per year but trying to get them to sort out my annual service is a nightmare. I have requested my service several times now but keep getting fobbed off saying they cannot get a engineer in my area to carry out the service. So buyer beware they talk a good game but cannot fulfill their side of the contract.
