I have a monthly payment plan with WarmZilla which has been a completely unsatisfactory experience. It took ages to actually book a routine boiler service and MANY emails. Once it was serviced, the boiler was left dripping and leaking. It has been like this for 20 days and despite being reassured it was being dealt with urgently, it has still not been fixed. They simply do not care. Avoid this company at all costs. They are a scam and just want your money for no customer service.

after our back boiler went bang we had no hot water or heat warmzilla came to our rescue they were amazing professional and nothing went wrong during the whole time and had new system up and running within 2 days everything is working great and the house has never been warmer, thank you all for saving our christmas.

The guys turned up at the time they said, got straight to work and never stopped until it was finished. So polite, so friendly and left the place spotless. Love the new boiler so quiet, now we have converted to combi we got fantastic pressure for the showers , so powerful now.

Warmzilla is by far the best company to buy a boiler off,from when when I made my order on finance I have had no problems and kept up to date with everything from Caryl from warmzilla,I have already noticed my radiators getting hotter,I always had them on maximum 5 but since my new warmzilla boiler was installed I have had to turn them down to 3 and the hot water is hotter and faster,once again I am absolutely delighted with warmzilla and would recommend them 💯% and with having a disabled child in the house it makes so much difference so thank you warmzilla I will be letting anyone I know who is getting a new boiler that there is only one firm to go with and that is warmzilla,so thank you once again caryl at warmzilla and warmzilla itself.MR A BRENNAN

Excellent communication, had an issue with flue length (due to my mistake on the order form) but they carried out the additional work free of charge. They also offered a free limescale reducer as there was a problem with the website when I tried to add it to my order. Installation was great, complete in half a day and so far so good!

This is possibly the worse insurance company I have come across. Reported my boiler and engineer comes check the boiler and tells me what's wrong with it, he goes away and not hear anything back. I am having to chase every few days with their office, there is no contact numbers and everything is via web form and have to wait 48 hours to hear back.
All I hear back is sorry about the delay and we are working to get an engineer to you, time after time. It is almost a month and still no help with the repair, I hate to think what would have happened if this was an emergency. As it stands my boiler is getting worse and still can do anything about it.
It's ironic that they very happily respond to positive feedbacks on here and completely ignore complaints to negative feedbacks.
This must be the biggest mistake in my whole life.

Genuinely world class service from Warmzilla. I'll keep this short and sweet, my wife and I have been through the mill this year. New house renovation halted a year ago due to undiagnosed, faulty electrics mean a full rip out and start again, trades letting us down left, right and centre, building control not approving very simple work, etc, the list is endless. Plus we're expecting in Feb 26, as I type it's December 25 and we've been without a kitchen since August.
Finally able to get kitchen fitted after building control incompetence, we're halfway through and the old boiler packs up.
Marvelous.
Warmzilla booked to fit new boiler in loft on the Thursday but at 8.30am on said Thursday we're told the engineer's van has broke down and the install can't go ahead. The entire year's worth of stress exploded inside of me at that minute.
A Warmzilla customer agent named Josh, promises me he'll do all he can to find another engineer. By 9.30am, after another couple of emotionally driven phone calls from me, he keeps his promise and says an engineer will be with us at noon. I never caught the engineers name but he worked tirelessly, stayed the first night until 9pm and by 5.30pm the following day our new boiler had been fully fitted.
I can't thank both the engineer and, in particular, Josh enough for the effort they both put in to get this boiler fitted. Josh even messaged a few times just to check in to see if we were ok and how the install was going. Looking back, I wouldn't have blamed Josh for showing a lack of care towards me for my, not rude but emotionally driven phone calls.
I'd recommend Warmzilla in a heartbeat and would gladly use them again. This is a genuine company who strives for customer satisfaction. Their price beat what I assume is their two main competitors, their website is very user friendly and their agents are on hand immediately once you press the purchase button.
