Had my boiler installed over 17 months ago. Recently had a problem with my remote and was provided excellent Customer Services (Caryl) who sorted my problem over the phone. Plus even followed up next day by Josh.

Recently just had a car charger installed and from start to finish it was effortless and so easy. The website is so easy to navigate and offers a range of products but what pleased me most was the after sales support and guidance i received. My Charger was set up and ready to use immediately. Great service

The boiler we chose was a bit challenging to fit but our engineer made sure it went where we wanted it but there was an issue with all the pipework under the boiler not looking very good but the engineer offered to have it boxed in and very kindly said he would pay for it which was something we didn't expect, overall what looks like a mess will be sorted. Warmzilla have been in touch every step of the way and there customer service is fantastic.

What a brilliant company this is. From the minute I ordered the new boiler I was kept informed of the whole process with friendly & efficient communication. The price quoted was the price you pay with no hidden extras so no nasty shocks on installation. The installer was very efficient, kept me informed of the time he would be there & explained the controls & tidied everything up afterwards. Everything went really well with no stress so would highly recommend

WarmZilla were great at communicating with me regarding the order of a boiler and the installation was completed within 2 days.
Lee Norris was our engineer and he was friendly and professional throughout the appointment. Lee was very knowledgeable about the boiler he had fitted and ensured that we were comfortable with how to use it before he left.
I would definitely recommend WarmZilla for boiler installation.

Well where do I begin, I am giving warmzilla 5 stars because of the the effort of the team to sort my boiler breakdown. Unfortunately it took way too long for the repair to be completed. On using different engineers on each visit with there on opinions on what was wrong with the boiler and being able to pin point the the problem was very frustrating. Until Josh sent Mustafa this is the engineer you need if there is a problem. Pin pointed the the two parts that where the problem. Second visit 10 minute's job done. Can't thank you enough Mustafa. I think this can be a problem when communication is very important between engineers. Not only very costly for Warmzilla to keep sending out engineers but very frustrating for the customer. Once again Mustafa a big thank. you.

The whole process of getting , installing and aftercare was absolutely seamless. Communication was second to none and nothing was too much for them. Even Scott the engineer and his colleague were fantastic. Prompt and professional

I’m writing this after a full year of unresolved issues following a boiler install by WarmZilla. I paid £3,278 for the system, plus £2,500 at a previous property, and what I’ve received is a masterclass in poor aftercare and evasive customer service.
Let’s start with the install:
One area was left untidy, no cleanup.
A leak developed because the system wasn’t properly checked post-install.
I paid for a radiator in the airing cupboard — only to be told it must remain cold or the system won’t run efficiently. So I paid for a feature I can’t use, with no warning or refund offered.
Historically at the first property they had to come back to move a flue that had been improperly and unsafely installed
Fast forward to now — I’ve just had the boiler serviced by a British Gas engineer with 20+ years’ experience. He was shocked to learn the boiler was only a year old. His words: “This system hasn’t been flushed in years.” Yet I paid for a chemical flush as part of the WarmZilla install. So either it wasn’t done, or it was done incompetently. Either way, I’ve been misled.
I raised this with WarmZilla immediately. After three days, I received a robotic auto-response saying I’d get a reply within 30 days. That’s unacceptable — especially when the issue was logged before the 1-year mark. The cold weather is approaching, I have two toddlers, and I expect the service I paid for. Not silence.
WarmZilla are quick to respond on social media to protect their image, but when it comes to real customers with real concerns, they ghost you. I’ve been invited to speak on a popular consumer podcast about complaint handling, and I genuinely hope I can offer a more positive view of this company before then. But right now?
They sent a rushed, incompetent engineer
They ignored serious issues until I chased
They failed to deliver what I paid for
And now, when faced with evidence of malpractice, they won’t even respond like humans
I have receipts for everything. I am well within my rights, and I will pursue this legally if needed. Don’t ask me for references — you know exactly who I am.
This review will only be updated upon full resolution. Until then: Terrible service. Terrible aftercare. Terrible accountability.

Just had a new boiler fitted by Warmzilla.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Ordering was simple via the website. Installation engineer was 1st class, explained what he was going to do before doing it to make sure I was happy. Everything tidied up before he left and explained all the settings etc. Up and running in a day.
Very happy.
