The hairdryers didn’t arrive when they said they would. I rang customer service and the lady’s response was did I want to cancel the order. I then had to rearrange the electrician!! I wouldn’t have ordered their I didn’t need them, They were for a voluntary run charity!!
The response provided by Washroom Hub is not true, at no point did anyone offer any compensation for the service!!!!!

Good morning Clair,
It was a pleasure speaking with you this morning, I am just so sorry that it was not under better circumstances.
As promised a 10% refund has been applied to you immediately and I have raised a complaint to our management team in regards to your phone call with one of our service assistant team members. I truly apologise for any confusion and troubles caused and I thank you for your kindness throughout.
I hope you have a lovely day and please do not hesitate to contact our team should you require any further assistance.
Kind regards
Jade

There were only two online stores able to provide the product we needed, the other one being an American behemoth, so we went for Washroom Hub and are very satisfied.

I was pleased with the items received from you but the lids don’t fit back securely once opened for emptying. Is this how they are supposed to be, or am I doing something wrong?
