The skip arrived on time. The driver was very helpful and took time positioning it just where it need to be. The driver was also very friendly. Waste Online were competitive on price too!

Delivery giuys are great
Good service, drivers who listen to what's needed.
ETA. I just want to amend this as I feel the treatment I received from the Admin team the other day was a bit rude. I asked if we could have the skip for another couple of days as we hadn't filled it yet - bear in mind I've had some before that weren't picked up on the day stated, but was just asking as a courtesy. We've been allowed to do this before and bear in mind I've had 3 large skips through your recently, so that's a fair bit of money. I received a curt email : "Your current skip collection is 18.11, this is the full 2 weeks hire that you receive free of charge,
If you would like to extend past this date there will be a rental fee of £6 including VAT per day,"
Free of charge? I thought that was what I had paid for - to have a skip delivered and removed when we'd filled it. I was going to order another in a few weeks as we're doing quite extensive work on the house, but never mind, I'll go elsewhere. No reflection on the guys who deliver and collect, they're great, but the Senior Customer Service Advisor could do with some better PR skills :(
