SCAMMED OUT OF $200!!!
ACCORDING TO YOUR DRIVER/REP, THE CONTAINER HE ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER WOULD NOT FIT AND WAS MORE THAN 22' LONG. I DID SUBMIT PICS TO SHOW THE SPACE AVAILABLE WHEN REQUESTED. I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH YOU, NOT EVERY EFFORT WAS MADE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND YOU KNOW THAT. YOU WERE HOWEVER, QUITE WILLING TO CHARGE NEARLY $700 (inc $199fee) TO REPLACE WITH A SMALLER UNIT! NO WORRIES, I HAVE RESOLVED IT...NOT USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN!!! 👎
This was perhaps the most frustrating after sale experience that I have encountered in years! I made it clear that I wasn't 'learned' about using the dumpster. When asking questions about the size of the dumpster, I was told that I would be dealing with a 22' container. I asked what was the difference between 1T and 2T and I was told they were BOTH 22' long but the 1T was 4' high and the 2T was 6' high. I knew we had an old basketball goal that would go in it so I figured at 22' why not get the one with the higher sides. The salesperson looked at our yard on GoogleE plus I told him that we had a lot of trees in our yard. When the driver arrived, I almost fainted. Why would any body in their right mind send a 35' long dumpster (a 'tanker') to a residence full of trees. We would have to cut down every tree in our yard and take down our fence to get that thing in our yard. When I called to let the salesperson know what happened, I was immediately forwarded to someone else to make arrangements to send a smaller unit but they held me hostage to $199 charge and unfortunately for me ended my transaction by cancelation. At this point I honestly felt scammed!!! I trusted this company to tell me what I needed, their salesperson gave me incorrect information but the Company refused to admit that their sales staff messed up by giving me incorrect information. I was sent a quote without dimensions that led me to rely on his verbal conversation about the size of the dumpsters. They refused to listen or accept that the miscommunication led to the mistake. If they had agreed to refund just 50% of the cost to go toward a 2nd dumpster, I would have agreed to proceed but noooooo...they gladly took my $199 and gladly canceled the transaction. This day and time, when a business does this without even attempting to help their customers... it's a SCAM operation! You give out bad information, the customer accepts your advice as the expert, you send something they could NEVER use for any reason, and BAM...you're on the hook for $199! If a customer tells you that your salesperson gave incorrect information...listen to the recorded call and do what's right by your customer! Thanks for absolutely no help at all! I honestly cannot in good conscious refer this company to anybody for any reason...TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT!!!

We're disappointed you feel the service you received warrants a 2-star review, especially given the time and effort our team invested in helping you with your unique situation. For your records, the largest size dumpster made is 22 feet long. No one makes anything larger due to DOT regulations.
To be clear, the issue wasn't the size of the dumpster - the challenge in your case was the physical access to your property. The 2-foot ditch preventing access to your property was not discussed at the time of booking, and made it physically impossible for any trucks from any dumpster company to access your backyard safely. This is a site-specific condition that is completely out of our control, and no dumpster size would have resolved that.
Our team made every effort in real-time to explore alternate solutions for you, including possible secondary placement options in an effort to accommodate your situation despite the access limitations that were not communicated to us beforehand. We were more than willing and able to apply the money you spent towards a different dumpster size of your choosing, while trying to find an acceptable placement. With respect to the fee you incurred, since you told us at the time of booking that your placement was navigable, which ultimately was not the case, we had to apply the trip charge fee to cover our driver's costs, gas, and other delivery-related expenses.
We always strive to go above and beyond for our customers, even in situations where external obstacles are out of our control. While we always aim to find solutions, there are situations where the limitations of the property prevent a successful delivery.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS 3rd PARTY DUMPSTER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT OWN AND OPERATE THEIR OWN DUMPSTERS SO YOU ARE PAYING 3rd party fee. We ordered a dumpster to be delivered to a job site with specific requirements of a 20 foot short sided dumpster. We needed the long dimension for the long lumber we would be throwing into it and the short sides to easily throw the heavy debris. The dumpster that was left was a short dumpster with tall sides. We contacted the company to try and rectify the situation and let them know they are holding up a demo job with employees standing around. The associate advised us to go ahead and use the dumpster and they would get it swapped out the next day. We were then contacted by someone else named Jason who advised us he had listened to the recorded phone call of us placing our order and yes he knows we had specified the 20 foot dumpster with short sides but it didn’t get communicated to the actual dumpster company who delivered the dumpster. He said we would need to empty the dumpster ourselves or the driver could dump the debris in the driveway. Neither of these were an option as we had no access to the doors because of its placement and we were not going to take a chance on messing up a customers driveway. Although he said they do that all the time it does not make it smart or right. This company was totally unwilling to rectify their mistake showing very poor customer service. We contacted the company of the actual dumpster and they agreed it was not even a 20yard dumpster meaning it was also less volume than we would’ve had. Such a disappointment. Order directly from dumpster owners.

Per several conversations with our team over the past week, we explained that the 30+ hours of constant rain storms before the original delivery date of 6/18 severely delayed all dump operations and caused long landfill lines for disposal. We were able to successfully deliver the dumpster to you on 6/19. We offered to extend your rental at no additional cost and to work with you on the rental period. We do not guarantee delivery times, and our terms of service clearly state that we will deliver dumpsters within 24-48 hours of the requested delivery date, as uncontrollable circumstances, like bad weather, can cause exceptions. We were able to deliver a dumpster to you, which you used to successfully complete your project. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office.
