Very easy company to deal with, this was my first purchase of an Omega watch, communication was great and I got the deal that I wanted.

Omega ploprof
I ordered an omega ploprof. The team at watch buyers were easy to deal with and transparent about the delivery lead time, they were also extremely accommodating in arranging shipping to me outside the UK. Delivery took around 7 weeks, they were up front about this from the start and in return I got a brand new watch at a great price. Heartily recommended.

Great Customer Service and Pricing
Having purchased a Tag Heuer Aquaracer chronograph I was kept up-to-date on the order and dispatch details. I bought this on a Thursday evening and received it recorded delivery on the Saturday afternoon.

Ordered 2 Breitling watches based on…No Stock
Ordered 2 Breitling watches based on the information supplied on web site only to be contacted and told both were unavailable and no longer manufactured! Full refund was given and quickly to be honest but not happy as I did call to discuss what I wanted before ordering.

We apologise again that this happened in your case. Unfortunately manufacturers do not generally pre-announce that a watch is discontinued. They will also leave the watch advertised as some dealers may still have stock to sell. In any case we always try and remove from sale as soon as we are aware. Despite one of the watches listed as ‘add to bag’ on the official Breitling website, we were informed by several authorised dealers that it is no longer available.
As soon as we knew we made you aware and refunded immediately. We hope that you may consider us again for any future purchases.
Great Customer Service
My watch wasn't going to arrive as per the stated 28 days and so they contacted me to tell me it was likely to take up to 5 days longer than advertised and so would I like to continue with the order or receive a full refund.
Excellent customer service as most companies wouldn't have bothered.
I had to cancel my order as the delivery was important but the front end customer service was great.
