High quality product but next time…
High quality product but next time don't use the Phil post as forwarder because it was very delayed in processing the release in customs and I paid 3k peso for my tax. I called several times.
The cartoon was exposed to rain as there was wet traces. And the user manual was damaged. You can't open as the pages was worn out by water. It stucked. Glued together. Please cover it with plastic for water protection.

Thank you for your detailed feedback and for choosing our product. We’re glad you’re satisfied with the quality, but we sincerely apologize for the shipping and packaging issues you experienced. Your suggestions regarding the choice of forwarder and better water protection for the manual are very valuable—we will review our processes to improve in these areas.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your item was not delivered, but the issue was with the UPS shipping company, not on our side. The resolution took some time as we clarified the situation with UPS, but we have refunded the full amount of your order.
