First time ordering with this brand after seeing it on an IG post.
I estimated at sizing and the gym leggings are spot on, really comfy, great material, lush colour and don’t roll down with a squat - winner.
However, the sweater I ordered in a M was hugely oversized so I needed to return it and here in lies my issue. I paid £4.95 postage, which wasn’t exactly express but it is what it is but then you get stung with £4 returns fee deducted from your refund so in total I paid £8.95 fees for one pair of £22 gym leggings.
I do feel that online clothing stores should offer free returns if things aren’t quite right as I now won’t order from this brand again, despite loving the gym leggings as the shipping and returns fees are so high.

Really disappointing experience with WAT the brand after following the girls for years. Made an order - waited over 3 weeks for arrival only to be told it was lost in the post and they’d send out a replacement. When it arrived the quality was flimsy and cheap so I returned. Have emailed customer service twice to chase up a refund (this is over 2.5 weeks ago) both times been told it will ‘be with me in a few daya’. Still waiting… I think some work still to be done to compete with other start up logistics.

Took delivery of new Bomber Jacket in safe green and “ Wow” it’s gorgeous ! The details really elevate the jacket and make it look designer . Love love love

Check your item thoroughly! I purchased the short puffer coat, it has white staining on the sleeves and on the hood. Not the quality you would expect from this company nor at this price point. I was unable to return as the short returns period had lapsed.

If you purchase from here then check your items straight away as I’m now stuck with a jacket that I wouldn’t wear out due to the marks.

I won’t be purchasing from here again.

Really short returns window compared to the 28/30 days offered by other companies. Shortly after my delivery I suffered a colitis/sacroilitis attack and was unable to leave the house. Tried to start return about 3 weeks after delivery (including Easter bank holidays) but told it was too late. Can’t even exchange. Will sell on Vinted. Will go back to using brands that offer the usual returns policy.

My last purchase tempted to buy something else from this amazing brand. I ordered the stripe tee shirt in cream and black and it’s lovely. Sizing is generous. I’m a ten and ordered the small but could have fitted the xs easily too. Easy ordering and dispatch and great product. What’s not to love!!!

Excellent service. I returned a t shirt as the colour didn't suit me and got the quickest refund confirmation I've ever received from a company. I would buy from this brand again.

My experience with WATthebrand has been nothing short of amazing! I placed my order over the weekend and it's been delivered first thing Monday morning -super quick delivery.

My favourite aspect of my order is the amazing quality of the clothes. I was so so surprised at how excellent the quality is, although you are paying slightly more than high street prices - you really do get the quality for it, so I am really pleased about the prices I am paying, and you're supporting a smaller business than the retail giants. Everything fits true to size and the pieces I ordered are key wardrobe staples (amazing linen trousers, a striped vest and a white midi dress).

I am SO happy with my order that I am definitely going to be coming back for more!

I was hit with a €53 vat/tax bill and paid £25 international postage to have goods valued at £122 delivered to Ireland. Shambles
