Fantastic service! I bought a beautiful sapphire and diamond ring but unfortunately my usual jeweler couldn't resize due to its delicacy. When I emailed to say i was returning the item, they offered to resize for me at no extra charge. From sending to receiving back it was less than 7 days.
I couldn't recommend this company enough.

I had concerns as never purchased such an expensive item online before however, following several questions about the item with customer service and with assurance that the returns policy still stood even after resizing, I took the plunge and purchased the ring, which I received the next morning! The ring was perfect, exactly what I was looking for and so much better in real life. Will definitely be keeping an eye on the Wave Antiques website for my next purchase.
