Ordered and received the window frame of crosses. It was beautiful and I’ve used it many times already. I am disabled and it keeps me warm especially when our air conditioner is running.

Dear Sylvester,
We apologize for the delay.
We have checked with the carrier and it seems that they have lost the package in transit. We are working on sending you a new replacement as soon as possible.
Again, we are terribly sorry about this inconvenience but we assure you, this is once in a life time occurrence and we are working accordingly to your best interest.
We thank you for your patience,
Best regards,
Wayrumble,
